Everything went well, as it always does when Daniel comes out to check or fix my problems with my heat or air. He is very honest, always shows me the broken part and I think he is very reasonable, he's a great guy and very competent. I highly recommend him. You won't be sorry.

They cleaned and tuned up our home air conditioning. They were professional and polite. They did a good job.

Very professional and punctual. Price was as quoted,,, and less than others who I had come out to quote. When the winter cold came this Fall my heater was not functioning. He came out immediately, climbed to the attic, stayed up there for 3 minutes then came back down. Said the sensors were dirty and that he cleaned them up and it works fine now. Would'nt let me pay him. Great guy!

Daniel has done work now on four different occasions. He is on time, professional and does great work. He is my go to AC guy.

It was not particularly great. My air conditioning ended up breaking before he got here and the day he came it was kind of raining. So he did what he could and it got running again but then it broke three days later again. So I called him back and asked him if he could come look at it and tell me what was wrong and he said that he doesn't do any calls for less than $200. I ended up using somebody else. I had to pay him like $460 for that day. He deducted the $66, it was $467 or something for the service for that day. I had never used him before. I got him off of Angie's List deal thing. He was a young man. He was very efficient, very polite and great while he was here. I just didn't like his policy that he doesn't do like a $60 service call. He told me he has to make $200. His work was good but I didn't like his policy. While he was here he did the work well, it was just that it broke again in two days. I believe everybody has got to make a dollar. I'm not objecting to that. I just thought since he had been here 3 days before he wouldn't charge me $200.

The experience with them was really good. They were really professional, responsive, and easy to deal with.

It was a good experience. I was happy with their service. They were able to come out very shortly after I had purchased the deal. Daniel, the owner, came out to do the work and he was great to work with. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain things. He really is concerned about not making a mess in your home and he is professional.

It was fine except that they put their company info over my water heater info. Other than that he was good.

Our furnace quit working the first time it got chilly in BR. We called Daniel and he came out either the same day, or the next day. He checked out the furnace and said it was the capacitor that had failed. He also pointed out that our furnace is extremely old, which we did know when we bought the house two years ago. We decided to wait on fixing the old furnace and asked for an estimate on replacing the furnace, which he emailed to us the next day. In the end, we decided to go ahead and fix the old one, and try to squeeze another year or two of use from it. Daniel went ahead and repaired our old furnace, and did a general system check. He also checked the attic and the house for carbon monoxide, and he checked our CO detector to make sure it was working. We will definitely call Daniel again when we're ready to replace the furnace, or when it breaks again. He was wonderful to work with: prompt, professional, nice, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with our system. He's very good at explaining what he's doing, which not everyone is. We were very happy with his work. He is also very quick to provide estimates and invoices, as he uses his ipad for all of his work. He got our invoice to us by email, which we really prefer, and he responded very quickly to phone calls. I wish there was a category above "A" for him; he needs an A+.

I am very happy to write a review for the fantastic service I received from Daniel of Residential Experts Heating. My tenants called me at 9:45pm last night to say that the heat was not working, with the temperature plummeting. After talking them through checking the pilot light, I checked Angie's List and found this company. I called and Daniel said he just needed to put on his work clothes and he could be there in a half hour. He made it faster than that, and less than a half hour later, a new thermostat was installed, I paid over the phone, and everybody was happy. Very happy. Professional, courteous, fast and good. Surely I could have had a thermostat installed for less, but given the late hour and fast resolution, I feel I got a bargain and some.

Checked the heating system and made sure it was ready for the winter, also did some important checklist items and showed me everything he did, Daniel is great and I have been using him for the past few years now since I found him on Angie's List. Highly recommend him.

He checked the a/c and said everything was fine. I guess we did not explain the problem fully. Problem did not go away and we had the whole unit replaced by a vendor we had used before .

The service and professionalism was excellent. Arrived quickly. Explained everything he was doing as he diagnosed the problem. He also gave recommendations for future service and found out how long the warranty on the unit lasts. Also he let us know all the prices for our options including the Angies List coupon without having to mention or produce a printed copy of the coupon. If you read the other reviews, I can tell you I had the same experience. You will also get a copy of the invoice sent to your email and a reminder service if you want it.

It went fine. There was a mixup with the wrong programmable thermostat from the Angie's List special folks but it was resolved in a day or so.

Daniel was on-time and took care to prevent the possibility of tracking in dirt by wearing booties. He was easy to talk to and thorough in his inspection. He took time to carefully explain what he had and/or hadn't found.

Not only was Daniel prompt and professional, he took the time to show me how to better maintain the A/C unit on my own, explain about air flow and factors that contribute to humidity in my home, and much more. I was truly impressed and sincerely appreciate the extra effort he went through in order to provide excellent service.

The owner was very prompt, fast, and courteous. He checked out the a/c unit, flushed the line, and also added taped on the return unit that badly needed it. I would certainly use him again. Excellent vendor.

They came out and did the furnace check before the big winter. The guy who came out was very nice and explained everything he was doing. He told us what to look for and he was wonderful.
