It went pretty well and scheduling was good.

Daniel is the best! He came over. Fixed the leak and added freon. It was raining and relatively cool, so he had to come back out a few days later to recheck the levels.

Mr. Daniel was very prompt and fixed everything at a very reasonable prices. He tightened the gas leak, fixed the burnt wire (he didn't have to replace it.) The unit is working fine now!

I was not able to use them for service in the end but my experience was positive.

It went very well. They were very punctual and professional. They checked the entire system and cleaned the outside coils. They found that everything was working perfectly.

VERY RELIABLE AND GOOD WORK ETHICS.VERY HONEST NAD STRAIGHTFORWARD. WILL DEFINITELY HAVE HIM IN THE FUTURE IF NEEDED. AAA+

He did an excellent job, patiently explaining what went wrong with the old system, my options for replacing it, and how he was going to do it. Rare to find a contractor who communicates so clearly! He set aside all day to remove the old system and install the new one. It runs like a Rolls Royce -- quiet, efficient, fast.

I have to say that dealing with Danny at Residential Experts has been a refreshing experience based upon my past experiences with residential heating and A/C repair companies. The other guys were pushing me to install a whole new system and Danny solved my problem at a fraction of the costs of a new system and convinced me I should have at least a few more years of good service out of my unit.

I'm happy with the installed unit. One hiccup - the assistant tipped over a container of PVC cement, which caught fire on the back side of our gas fired hot water heater. Not the type of excitement any of us were looking for. The small fire was extinguished - with no lasting damage - thankfully. The HVAC system was very affordable and works great.

They were great! They were honest with us about our units and we could tell they weren't just trying gauge us.

They were unable to - due to the placement of my furnace. Not enough room to install.

It was very good. They were well done in a convenient and efficient way. I paid an additional $3,400-3,500. I didn't have any problems with him at all. He's very good. He finished it with 3 hours. He always does a good job. He explains everything that he needed to do.

Daniel was very professional from start to finish. I scheduled an early date but it rained. It was hard to contact him at first because instructions said to contact him through Angies List and that did not work. We finally connected after I saw his phone number and called him directly. He came out on another scheduled day and upon checking found that the freon was low. He added that and explained everything that he was doing and would do. He also checked the unit in the attic. Clamps were added, and he explained that that would fix the place where my freon was leaking. He explained how to keep my outside unit clean, myself and that impressed me. The best thing that impressed me was he took great care and covered his shoes before coming inside after checking the outside unit. I'd just gotten my grass cut and he covered his shoes with plastic before entering. No contractor had ever done that before. He was very polite and upfront and yes I would use him again if the clamps indeed did fix the freon leak, I'll have to wait and see. I have a feeling though that it maybe harder to get him next time because I won't be the only one pleased with his work.

It went fine. No problems except for the unexpected cost.

We have our central air conditioning unit serviced each spring by Daniel at Residential Experts and we were happy to happen upon the $49 service offer on Angie’s List. We would have used him anyway, because he is always professional, personable, and, we believe, honest. The $49 offer does not include charging if that is needed. I knew our unit would need it since it has a slow leak. It did and the extra charge was reasonable as is always the case with Daniel. We would recommend Residential Experts to anyone. We feel we have our “A/C guy” in Daniel and we would not go anywhere else for air conditioning work.

Everything has been running fine since.

Daniel did a great job. Very professional.

Added a little freon, changed filter and cleaned condenser unit outside with the hose. They did not notice the ductwork problem where the intake had become separated from the fan unit. It was sucking air from the attic. They did what theu said they would do though so can't complain.

Everytime we scheduled a date, he would never show up. If he did it would be at a time that we did not agree on, and he would leave me a note on the door. This last time, he called me the night before. He called to rescheduled, he wanted to be a little warmer before he ran the test on the a/c. I haven't talked to him since.

Daniel was outstanding he did not give up on repairing the Heating unit in my mothers home, had to replace new parts several times which seem not to work coming out of the box. He was told by equipment Supplier that he should give up and recommend that the Heating Unit be replaced. His persistence paid off when he was able to make the connections work. Unit is working well.
