Description of Work: Located and repaired a leaking gas pipe underneath the house. This has been a long-term problem that seemed to get worse just before I was to leave town for three weeks. Previously I had the city test the meter (didn't find a problem--though see below). In addition, I had asked for a quote from another company that I hired to do some plumbing repairs. The plumber said is seemed minimal and that it would be best not to fool with it. Anyway, I called Residential and a service representative arrived just some four hours later and stayed until the job was done at 6:30--about two hours worth of labor, no overtime charges. He seems to have done an excellent job. Also, he put dust covers over his shoes to come into the house! Note that he did find that the city meter person had not adequately tightened a fitting on the meter and that it was leaking. Also, based on what I told him the city had done (so there is room for some error here), he said the city did not adequately test the system.

Description of Work: My furnace was blowing cold air - the pilot light was out and would not relight. Within 90 minutes, I had a tech on site, he found that debris had fallen into the mechanism and blocked the natural gas from lighting. He cleared the blockage and I was back to heating within 30 minutes. Very professional, communicated very well and often and the price was reasonable.

I had a similar issue with my water running down the side of my furnace. Daniel was there the next day and found that the tube was plugged with algae. He answered all my questions and was very Professional. I even set an appointment to have him service my Furnace for winter also. That was handled just as fast and courteous as the first apointment.. I will definitely have Daniel service my units in the future.

Daniel came and did a thorough inspection of my 19 year-old airconditioner including connections in my furnace and thermostat. Description of Work: My a/c wasn't working and I had scheduled an appt with this company for thursday, June 2nd. Daniel had a cancellation for Monday evening and called to see if I would like the earlier in the week appt. Even though it was a holiday, he was working. Appt was for 5-7pm, but he called around 4pm to let me know it wasn't going to be until closer to 7pm. He was considerate enough to call so that I wasn't sitting around waiting for him. Wonderful service. He was able to fix my a/c unit very quickly and offered some suggestions for me to consider when I have my 15 year old unit replaced next year. Very helpful and very detailed.
