Advanced Handyman

Description of Work: Did not return phone calls/phone messages. Did not show up when promised. Created chaotic mess in adjoining room. Hired people to tear out walls. Tile installer left chaotic mess in room he worked in and in back yard area, leaving mess for me to clean up. Paint job done in bathroom by handyman left paint splattered onto floor, bad areas around light switches and outlets. When he put up towel rack he scratched new paint job. He also was to paint one wall in adjoining room, painting over wallpaper. He hired Mexicans to prepare wall and he did not make it clear to them just the one wall. I wound up having to have the whole room painted. The Mexicans did not cover the tile floor. The next day when I went into the room, I saw they had paint on my paneling and a mess on my tile floor. When the Handyman showed up, he saw that and stated he would have them come back next week to clean up. Because I had used this Handyman before, I trusted him. He said except for the items in the bathroom that needed attending to, he was done and gave me the balance I owed him. Because I trusted him, I paid him. I have NOT been able to get him to come back to fix the bathroom and I had to clean the paint off the floor and paneling myself.
