This company was dishonest and disrespectful. Under no circumstances do business with them. Exorbitant prices and hidden fees.

They call back the same day and was able to set up an appointment the very next day. They came out and did a complete diagnostic of my generac home standby generator and narrowed it down to two (2) parts. I was a little bit unsatisfied that they wasn’t able to narrow it down to the exact part . But overall I was happy with the service and the professionalism and would recommend them.

Good would recommend company and service person

So the experience was very unsettling, first I was told that it would cost 18k+ to change out the pipes. Second we had to call back to have them fix the pipe connected to the water line 3 times. Now a month later. I notice my water line to my fridge do not dispense water. I have been patient and understanding but, it’s nice to know I added more debt to my name for constant problems with service.

The entire HVAC system stopped working on our newly bought home (closed 2 months ago). So that was a shock; and of course it was during the hottest part of summer in south Louisiana with a heat index of 107* The initial technician that was dispatched (Luke) was open and honest with us about the condition of the system from the very start. He actually showed me where the problems were and took time to explain what those meant for our system. I was honestly worried that I was going to have a guy come out and spend a few minutes looking at it and just say "you need a new one." But Luke took the time to explain exactly why we should consider a new system but he also didn't pressure us into it. He was willing to go with whatever we were comfortable with doing. We talked about the different options for repairs. He was honest about the uncertainty of those fixes and exactly what would be covered by their warranty and what wouldn't. The fact that he showed me physical evidence to back up all of the repairs he recommended helped make the decision so much easier for us. After discussing all of our options with him, we decided to replace the entire system (super scary concept for a 1st time homeowner that hasn't even fully unpacked the moving boxes). Mr. Teddy Swan (the design consultant) came out within 30 minutes and spent hours with me discussing our unique situation and designing a system that fit our needs and our budget. He went through our house with a fine tooth comb and walked me through his thought process every step of the way. He explained the good and the bad. We talked about what our budget was, and from there he drew up multiple design plans and levels of service for us to chose from. And then he did everything in his power to make sure we got the financing we needed for the job. Two days later and we sit in our home in comfort. None of this would have been possible without Teddy and the guys behind the scenes at Accutemp. The cost was more than I expected, not going to lie. And I know we could have found another company to do it cheaper (you can always find a cheaper guy) but with inflation being what it is and with the quality of service we were provided, I understand the cost. I now have complete peace of mind over the next 10 years because of their "not a dime" warranty and that alone is worth the cost to me. Thankfully Accutemp offers great financing so we were able to get the entire job accomplished for a very affordable monthly note. The installation team (Jhon, Jimmy and the rest of their team) gave 100% for the entire 12+ hours they were here installing our new system and got it all done in one day. I am beyond happy with the quality of service we received and look forward to the next 10 years of continued service.

Shaja arrived on time/early, and performed the annual furnace check before winter. All electrical components and some minor cleaning performed. It’s not as involved as the spring check with the AC/compressor, but I appreciate how AccuTemp keeps my unit in tip-top shape. Shaja was very professional and explained everything she would be doing beforehand and gave her finings to me afterwards. Some minor ductwork to be repaired or replaced at some point. I also appreciate AccuTemp being able to accommodate around my work schedule with either an AM or PM slot. They used to not offer such, and now I don’t have to take an entire day off work to meet them. I hope to see Shaja on my next cleaning in the spring, as I really like how thorough she is and the time she takes explaining everything. A price wasn’t posted for the service since I’m enrolled under AccuTemp’s Gold Service Plan which includes seasonal inspections.

Mr. Doug Hicks was prompt and professional. He was very pleasant and helpful. He explained everything in detail. The repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time and he was diligent about making sure everything was working properly before leaving. I sincerely appreciate all of the effort he put into fixing/making the repairs. It is such a relief to finally have the work done. Thank you so much, Mr. Hicks. The service you provided was excellent.

Joey was very thorough and explained his thoughts while troubleshooting. He gave solids options and rationale behind them. Would recommend and will use again.

Joseph was respectful and knowledgeable

Joey did an excellent job. He asked questions pertinent to the issue, then evaluated the unit. He dismissed the trouble and made the necessary repair. He then asked if I would like further evaluation, and I accepted that. He advised that although the unit was working, it had some weak issues that could cause trouble, but considering the urgency of the immediate repair and the age of unit and plan for sale, we choose not to do additional repairs. It does make us aware of what else to watch for. Replaced faulty capacitor and checked lithe components of system.

Accutemp sent Edwin Williams out this time. He was very thorough, very professional, and showed me his findings and explained what they meant. I started calling on Accutemp several years back and was impressed enough to sign up for the regular check-ups (and I've enjoyed priority scheduling and discounts). After my long-time A/C guy passed away I looked around for a professional company with integrity - I had a hard time finding one but eventually I did, and I've never regretted going with Accutemp.

Teddy is very professional and real nice fellow. We enjoyed doing business with him.
