Every time I have had them come out to check units they have been on time and very thorough.

A/C stopped working Saturday morning, company representative( Luke) came out Saturday afternoon, he checked all parts and immediately located and fixed the problem.

We looked on Angie's list and found a couple places and called a couple on Tuesday afternoon. We called Accutemp and received immediate response. We talked to Gabe who showed up at our house within 30 minutes of our call. Gabe was extremely knowledgable and helpful and HONEST!! He was very professional and personable. He gave us several options and let us decide once he educated us on the different systems. He explained what system would be the best for for our square footage and the costs of each. I really appreciate honesty and integrity when I am dealing with products and services I am not very familiar with and that is what I got with Gabe and Accutemp. In less than 48 hours we had a brand new system installed and it is wonderful!!

Accutemps was the third air conditioning company I called after the other two companies basically said they did not want to deal with the specific type of unit that I had. Although Accutemps was not very familiar with the unit they took on the work with a professional and honest attitude. They located the manufacturer and did everything possible to expedite the process. The first time the service technician showed up, I could tell this was not an ordinary a/c company. Luke was extremely friendly and did a thorough inspection of what the problem was and recommended a solution. The two gentlemen who installed the unit did it in a timely manner. Accutemps even scheduled a follow up visit to ensure that everything was installed and working properly. I highly recommend this company!

Workers were polite courteous and efficient - knew their product and how to install it. They didn't talk loud or holler to each other or play loud music. They worked like demons in the hot weather and had everything they needed. The engineer, Gabe, answered every question I had and there were a lot whether at night or during the day. He explained all procedure and what the equipment function was and what I needed to reach my desired results at the best price. I will continue to use this company when needed for air conditioning and heating.

I was very pleased with the service I received from AccuTemp. We were having trouble with our A/C systems (upstairs and downstairs) and gave them a call. Two of their staff (Gabe and Kerry) came out to inspect the systems and give their recommendations. They were extremely thorough, knowledgable and helpful. They actually made a couple of simple fixes to the upstairs unit as a courtesy which got it running better. Unfortunately, there was no helping the downstairs unit. This was not a surprise, as we knew when we recently moved into the house that the unit would have to be replaced. Gabe walked us through the options for replacement, and actually did an analysis of the house showing that our current unit was oversized for our needs (we had a 5-ton unit, but he suggested a more efficient 4-ton unit). There was no high pressure sales pitch, just a friendly talk about our needs and what features we may want from what was available. We decided on a system and had it installed the next Monday. The installers showed up right on time and were very efficient and did a great job with the installation. Gabe followed up with me on a couple of occasions to make sure all was going well. A week later Kerry returned for a follow-up quality inspection of the installation and made a list of a few minor items needing attention. Another tech came a few days later and took care of these. Overall, my experience with AccuTemp has been very positive. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. They are also prompt and on time, a trait often found lacking with service technicians these days. I would highly recommend their services.

The service was great they showed up on time got everything done in the time frame given. The did follow up calls incase I had any questions and also to make sure I was satisfied and the unit was pro forming as it should. Prior to the installation we went over options and what would best serve my needs. The gentlemen I spoke with was very knowledgeable and informative.

Gabe and Danielle arrived on time, were always courteous, and respectful. Gabe evaluated our home to see what size unit we needed. Gabe reviewed his findings with me... he wanted to be sure that I understood the type units that were available and the cost of each. He explained what he thought would work best for our family based upon our lifestyle and budget. We agreed on the unit and cost of same. Then scheduled the date and time for installation. The crew arrived as scheduled; were clean, neat and courteous at all times. The workmen took the time to protect my wood floors and carpeting before removing the old system. They worked efficiently and completed the installation in a timely manner. They left everything clean and neat.... NO MESS!!! Between our office and home we have needed to replace several HVAC units in the past couple of years. Accu-temp always does a great job... My main contact with Accu-Temp was Joshua Davis. He took time to explain what needed to be done and to go over the available options. Joshua is very knowledgeable about his work and really wants what is best for his customers. I have always hired random one-man-company or referrals who are normally a cousin or friend of "so-in-so" to tend to my ac/heating needs because I feared the cost of an actual company coming in to do the work. ---Don't be this person.--- My home has never had proper air flow, so I have always dreaded having company over during the summer. Josh discovered a lot of the problem was the excess of and improperly installed duct work in my attic. He also made me aware of a very huge health hazard, Carbon Monoxide was leaking in my attic! These are only a few of the many concerns Joshua brought to my attention. Accu-Temp came in and did an A++ professional job with a 100% guarantee! They corrected all of the "bad work" that had previously been done and did the work the right way, the first time. Not only was the work exceptional, so was the customer service. I cannot express how happy I am with Accu-Temp. Everyone who I spoke to or worked with was beyond helpful and they all looked out for my best interest. They even cleaned up (literally, swept & mopped) after all of the work they did. That showed me that they respected my home and I greatly appreciated it. After the work was completed, Joshua contacted me a few times over the next week to check how everything was running. He even sent one of his men over to inspect. To top it off, the owner of the company sent me a handwritten Thank You note for allowing Accu-Temp to service my home. Needless to say, I am now a lifelong Accu-Temp customer. I wish the best to this company and hope God blesses them and helps them grow, but that they forever keep the personalized customer service that they have now.

Was going through another provider who was contracted by American Home Shield. The provider indicated they were not allowed to contact AHS and they had to wait for AHS to contact them. After a week with still no air we contacted AccuTemp. They were at my house in 2 hours and had my air back on the next day. From their employee who answered the phone to the tech (Luke) that came out, all professional and only concerned that we get air. We are signing up for them to service our unit annually through a program they have. Once the work was complete, all materials were cleaned up and did not know they were here.

I had called AccuTemp on recommendation from a friend. AccuTemp checked out my system and discovered the furnace was cracked and leaking deadly carbon monoxide into my attic and house. They quoted me a very competitive price and was able to expedite the replacement. Their personnel were very competent and professional. Could not be better. We have two heat pumps that are identical. The one that Accu Temp installed is a far better job and works so much better that we are having Accu Temp trouble shoot the one they did not install. I got a low price for the heat pump not installed by Accu Temp and I regret it. The installation job flooded my bathroom and caused problems with my walls. Also, the heat pump lacks some insulation that it should have and does not work well. I paid more and it is very well worth it. The sales person ran diagnostics to confirm heat pump system requirements, examined existing: duct work, air in and out locations, and thermostat placement. Changes to improve operations were made with out charge. The heat pump unit and work are covered by a one year satisfaction guarantee. If not happy, replaced or removed with refund.

Luke arrived promptly at the time promised. His uniform and shoes were clean & neat. Luke was courteous, respectful, & friendly. Explained things as necessary. He was good with my pets ( two dogs). He did not leave a mess. Luke went above and beyond expectations when he changed the broken light bulbs in my china cabinet. Thank You Luke!!!!

I have been a customer of AccuTemp since May 2013. I signed a service contract with them at that time. My unit has been serviced for routine maintenance twice. The service technician arrived promptly, was extremely professional, and left my home clean. Since I have a service contract with them, they contact me when it is time for my unit to be serviced which is one less thing I have to worry about in my busy life. The service technician made several suggestions as to how we can make our home more comfortable, as well as a couple of things that could potentially cause us problems in the future. He, however, has not pushed any services, parts, etc. I would highly recommend and will continue to use AccuTemp.

After my old A/C died, they came out and went over all of my options and the prices were about what I expected, maybe a little less. They evaluated my current setup and informed me that my return air was undersized and that they would include an additional return air in the back of my house at no extra charge. I'm glad they caught this because I can definitely tell that that part of the house is much cooler and the temperature is more consistent throughout my home. The guys came out the very next day and installed my new A/C system in a timely manner. They kept everything neat and orderly and cleaned up after themselves before they left. The install looks very clean and professional. Even the return air they installed is perfectly centered and straight (come to think of it, this probably impressed me the most!). I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I was very impressed with how quickly someone was able to get out to my house, especially for a Saturday. The technician Luke was very courteous and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He thoroughly explained to me everything he found and answered all of my questions. The thing that impressed me most of all is that he took an extra step in his diagnosis just to double check himself. During this he installed a new disconnect at the condensing unit outside, which he did not charge me for. I was so pleased with his work that I signed up for their yearly maintenance contract on the spot. I will definitely be working with them again in the future. After he left, being a typical engineer, I took apart the unit myself and confirmed his diagnosis. (with some internet research beforehand of course!) AccuTemp was recommended to me by a friend of mine who is the head of maintenance at a large organization here in Baton Rouge. I too will definitely be recommending them to others.

Very well. As soon as they had the part they called and came out same day when I was available. Then made the repair and checked to make sure all was working properly. Even double checked something in attic for me when I had a question. Very polite and professional.

The installation was done in a very timely manner with no interruption to the people working in the building. Accu Temp does what they say they will do. Not only are the installers and repairmen efficient and knowledgeable, the office staff is very easy to work with. A very professional organization where the customer comes first Questions are answered promptly. I would highly recommend Accu Temp for a repair or installation of air conditioning and heating work for residential or business.

2 weeks after the semi annual service check, after which everything was fine, the blower motor and control board failed. With tempertures runing into the low 90's we found out the replacements were not available in Baton Rouge. So we spent 1 day and 2 nights in a hot house.The teck did come on the third day and made the repair. He and all of the teck's we have had from this company have been friendly and get right to the heart of the problems. they all seem to be very professional and knowledgeable. The cost of the repair would have been considerable had we not had the labor warrenty contract.

Our outdoor unit went out on a Sunday morning (because, don't they always?). Someone was at our house within an hour of our initial call, and informed us that the unit was unrepairable (It was 30+ years old). We had been planning to replace the indoor unit already, and made arrangements to buy a new unit that day to be installed the next day. The service tech went back to their office and brought us portable units for two rooms and even set them up for us to keep us cool in the meantime. The unit install was great, and they even sent another tech two weeks later to come check everything and be sure the pressures were all correct in the unit. I later found out that the unit we bought was priced about 40% lower than it would be through my friend's A/C services provider. Loved doing business with AccuTemp, and I will never use another a/c service provider again.
