Company is very professional. Technicians are polite, funny, and well spoken. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why they are doing it.

I was originally introduced to Accu Temp when I needed a new AC unit. The sales person and installer were informative, helpful and professional. I recently upgraded my maintenance plan and the tech they sent was very nice. He said I could refer to him as the fat, bald, bearded guy. I don't think he lost his hair on top, it just slid down to the bottom of his face.

Very pleased with the service from this team of professionals. From Gabe who gave me my options and price to the excellent installation team, Todd Charleville and Ryan Milhet. These guys arrived on time, installed the unit in about 4 1/2 hours. Made sure I knew how to operate it and cleaned up all debris. They even swept up my kitchen floor and removed an old tv antenna from the attic and hauled it away for me. I highly recommend this company.

The service man was very professional, very competent, and knowledgeably explained to me exactly what the problem was. Great service!!

They were on time, helpful, punctual, and seemed really concerned about doing what they believe is best for me (balancing time, money, convenience, etc). I was so happy with the service that I have used them again and will continue to use for any HVAC needs.

It went well. They came out and checked everything thoroughly and gave me some suggestions one what could actually be causing the leak. The times before that they came out for major problems and were able to address those problems on their own.

Replacement took about 9 hours. Friendly technicians.

Service was excellent, removed old unit and installed new unit took about 5-6 hours. Team was on time, cleaned up area all we had to do was enjoy the cool air. Terrible! They refused to honor their Angie's List 5% off "service call" coupon for their $79.00 diagnostic service call!!! Because they would not even honor their own $4 coupon offer, I had not confidence in their credibility about anything.

Every single person that came to our home and there were several, were clean cut, professional and courteous. They knew their business well and helped us so much. Gabe even recommended two reliable professional services for other home maintenance. We will always use Accutemp! Just wonderful folks to work with!

There was some hiccups along the way based on replacing such an old system, but Ryan and his team of installers took the time to do it right, even though it meant extending a long double-install day longer. I'm very impressed. Tremendous quality of labor. Gabe, Ryan and all others I met are a credit to AccuTemp. Best AC experience ever.

The technician who came out was courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did he determine the cause of the large temperature variation between the majority of our house and our master bedroom (which was the original scope of what we wanted done), but he also looked over both of my A/C units for current or potential issues. In addition, since it's a new home and we have no prior history, he looked over our equipment and gave me a synopsis of the ages, tonnages, etc for my future reference. I'm not sure how he could have done a better, more thorough, job.

Jimbo came out to perform diagnostic tests on my A/C unit because it was blowing heat. It only took him few minutes to find out that someone had disconnect the unit on the outside. Jim had it hooked back up within a couple seconds for no additional charge. Jim was very professional and I would refer this company to everyone who is having problems with their heating and A/C unit. I was originally told that someone would be out at about 7pm. I received a call around 4pm asking if it would be OK if they come in about 30 mins. I was like absolutely!!! How many times to get a call from a service provider asking if they can come early. Jim also sold me me on the preventive maintenance plan they have for both units ($25 a month each) and they come out and service the units twice a year. Thanks for the stellar service AccuTemp and Jimbo.

The office promptly answered my call, a friendly person set me up with an appointment the same day I called. The technician called to let me know when she would arrive. She showed up earlier than expected. She put on protective covers on her shoes and was extremely careful in her work. She was courteous and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy anything or fix anything. The recommendations were accurate and reasonably priced. A previous company had said I needed to replace my entire unit, she found a capacitor that was bad and no freon leaks. She explained everything she did and asked if I had questions. When the freon tank she was using went empty, her supervisor showed up in 10 minutes with a full tank. He made sure I was completely satisfied and explained in detail about the repairs that were made.

The servicemen arrived on time and installed the new system, even though heavy rain had been falling all week and more was forecast for that day. They used drop cloths to protect the hardwood flooring and were very careful not to ding the walls. The work was completed in one day. They proudly showed me all the work that had been done, and the system has been performing perfectly so far.

We recently purchased a property and soon found out that we were having HVAC issues. They were very prompt and took care of every issue that came up. For about a month I believe I saw a worker about once a week because of different issues coming up with my air conditioner. I love Accu Temp! I would recommend them to anyone!!

We received quotes from three different HVAC contractors. AccuTemp was the best price by far. Quality and professional service all around. The crew showed up at time and date that was promised. The removal of the old units and installation of the new went quick. A week or so later, a representative came for an overall quality check. We have one more downstairs unit we plan to replace in the spring. Our plan is to use AccuTemp.

My previous A/C repairman had recently retired. My A/C went out on a Sunday. I called Accu-temp and they sent out a technician who arrived within about 2 hours and restored service. Was very pleased with responsiveness...

The blower motor in the attic was shaking badly enough that I called Accutemp to come out and fix it. Since the unit was still running I did not request a next day visit but they showed up two days later as promised on time. The repair man spent a considerable amount of time in the attic attempting to shore up the motor and relieve the vibrations. He worked hard but didn't achieve much. He only charged the home visit fee. He also said the blower motor was old, drawing too much power and would fail soon. So I asked for a salesmen to come out and estimate a new system and Gabe showed up a day later, as promised, on time. He looked over the system and gave us three options based on efficiency of the unit and of course price. While considering tmy options, the blower motor stopped shaking and I thought I might make it through the summer. WRONG! Two weeks later, on Friday AM, no motor, no cold air. Called up Gabe at 7:00 that morning and he returned my voice message within an hour. Very impressive since I know in the Baton Rouge heat that these guys are busy. Gabe pulled up the quote and arranged to have a crew out the following Tuesday. I was pleased. That Tuesday the crew showed up as promised, on time. At first there was some concern about the unit fitting through a low hanging hip in my roof but they got it in. They were very professional in our house, had plenty of fluids and were very polite to my wife and myself. When they finished, they cleaned up the work area. The lead installer even came back into the house after they were through to check to see if they had reinstalled the attic hatch when they were done. Very impressive because it was late and they were very tired. I highly recommend Accutemp and my hats off to Gabe and the installation crew that came to our house.

Very professional crew. Prompt and thorough. We had a unique situation with high humidity and two floors. The professionalism and courtesy of the installation crew was thoroughly appreciated. Josh, Gabe and Carey were not satisfied until they knew I was. They also were very cognitive about keeping my house clean and free from damage. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Did a great job. Very professional, checked everything and let me know in detail what was found. Answered all of my questions. Cleaned unit in attic and outside. Checked temperature at each vent in the house. Very impressed and will definitely use AccuTemp again.

they came when they said they would be there, did a fine job on the installation, cleaned up their debris. all in all i was very pleased with the service and the price. i would definitely recommend them.

Super fast response. Very Professional. We contacted AccuTemp to make an appointment to evaluate an A/C unit that would not even turn on. The house was a newly acquired investment property and we had no history of the unit. A service manager responded within minutes and was able to make the service call that same evening. He was able to repair the broken part while we waited. The outside unit was caked with lawn debris, which could have created costly repairs once daily use was resumed. He offered to perform much needed maintenance (rather than schedule another service), even though we were past 'quitting time' at this point. The pricing was reasonable and we were offered an option to select an annual maintenance plan, which applied to the services performed that day as well. For rental properties, scheduled maintenance is a win/win and can extend the life of the system. And he gave us an Angie's List discount! We highly recommend AccuTemp A/C.

I have to say everything went as well as could be expected. Gabe came to the house, he showed up on time and looked over everything and made valuable suggestions. I made appointments with two other companies which have high reviews on AL for the purposes of comparison shopping. One of the companies gave me a 4 hour window for the appointment then did not even show up...asked to come the following Saturday, which I conceded to, then never even sent me an estimate. The other company I consulted with showed up on time as well, but their estimate for just equipment was as high as Accutemp's total job estimate, and they also wanted to cut my ceiling open to remove the old duct work. Not only would this have increased the cost further, but this would have extended the work time as well. Accutemp originally told me it would be a 2 day job, but they decided to put an extra crew on the job and they were able to finish in 1 day. The crew did an amazing job in a tight work space on an extremely hot day working from 7am until about 7pm on a Friday. I actually kind of felt bad for putting them through that. There were a few issues getting the zoning system to work as well as a few touch ups needed but Carey and a few other guys came back to get everything working perfectly to my complete satisfaction. I would recommend this company for any HVAC installation jobs you may need.
