Description of Work: Accutemp recently provided prompt and effective restoration of service for my upstairs central air conditioning. When an electrical storm surge took the air off again a few days later,they returned and fixed it. Although two separate charges were involved for the first outside problem and then the second indoor problem, I bit the bullet because heat in La. is intolerable.I highly recommend Accutemp. HButler

 + -1 moreThe fan motor for my condenser unit had failed. I am headed out of town today for work, and my wife and newborn would have been left here sweating it out all weekend without me. (South Louisiana in August... no thanks. No amount of snoballs could compete with the humidity here.) The technician basically dropped everything and came straight over to my house upon the initial call. He had everything he needed with him on the service truck and was very thorough and professional. He had the whole thing taken care of inside of 90 minutes and was very personable and courteous throughout the service call. I would definitely give him return business and recommend him to others.
Description of Work: The company replaced the fan motor on my condenser unit, restoring the functionality of my HVAC system.

They explained the proper care of the unit and how to work the new thermostat at the conclusion of the installation. Mr. Russell Davis and his crew also repair and inspect all our commercial property heating and air conditioners as well as our home. They are very prompt, reliable, efficient and have experienced trained personnel. I highly recomment Accu Temp for your heating and air conditioning needs.

 + -1 moreThey were very competitive, pricing wise. They were prompt in the installation. I would say that they were somewhat sloppy in the finishing of the unit. In the return air vent grill, they installed a vertical return air vent instead of a horizontal one. They did order the necessary replacement and install it. I recently discovered duct work problem where they did not completely seal the duct work on the return air unit in the attic. They had to come out and repair that, which they did. That particular fault resulted in water dripping down into the ceiling and destroying a smoke detector in the house. The replaced everything, but I would not use them again. They were quick to come in and get out, but they were a little sloppy for me.
Description of Work: I got a new heating and A/C unit from them.
