Description of Work: My AC went out, so I made contact with AccuTemp online through Angie's List on a Tuesday. They called me very quickly and set up an appointment to diagnose the issue Wednesday morning. The service man was there right on time and had my problem figured out within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, it was irreparable, so he scheduled a meeting with their sales / financing guy later that day. After we reviewed options, he got me approved for financing on the spot. Installation was scheduled for that Saturday (in the hottest part of the year) and I had AC by lunch time. It was four and a half days from the time I scheduled an appointment until I had a working AC installed. That is fast!

Description of Work: They cleaned my A/C unit. They also replaced a leaking capacitor unit, which was $123. The cost of the service was $180, but that includes another visit in the Fall. I was happy overall, but the cost of replacing ONE capacitor (which was very easy to access) was too high.
