 + -1 moreThe whole process went very well. He was at the house before time, had done external inspection, roof, foundation, windows, sliding etc. When the realtor and I came, he went inside the house and looked at each receptacle, each bathroom faucet, A/C, heater, windows, doors, etc. He looked in the attic for any faults that could be identified visually. He made some recommendations after that.
Description of Work: Eric Burns at Accurate Inspections did a great job of looking into the minutest details and making solid recommendations to make the house more functionally sound and safer. He sent a detailed report identifying all his markings.

 + -1 moreEric spent about 3 hours at the house and gave me lots of verbal feedback throughout the process as well as a detailed written report. He is very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: I had a purchase agreement with an owner (no Realtor to guide) so the house inspection was important to me. This was an inspection of all systems and appliances (electrical, plumbing, etc.) as well as structure, safety, attic, roof, crawl space, exterior surface, lots & grounds, carport, everything.
