The cleaning crew showed up first and pressure-washed the entire house, then inspected all of the surfaces to be painted and caulked/puttied/sanded any areas that need it. The painting crew showed up bright and early the day after the cleaning crew left and began prepping and priming. This process took 2 days, as they were amazingly thorough in their prep work. When the actual painting began, it was amazing how quickly they got everything done. Upon my inspection when they declared themselves finished after a week of being on-site, I only found 4 spatters of paint on one window pane. Not one spec of paint was on any brick surfaces! Connie Nola was a great help in my color choices and spent a lot of time matching colors, etc. with the paint store staff. This is not the first work Academy has done for me. They also did interior work that consisted of scraping all remaining popcorn ceilings and then painting all of our four bedrooms and 2 baths a few months prior to the exterior painting. They are my go-to painting contractor. I trust that whatever project I have will be done beautifully and that I can depend on Connie's opinions of my ideas (when I ask for them). Love her, love her crew members. They're the best!

The did and excellent job. They protected all of the furniture and carpet. Were punctual and very neat.

We were very pleased with the work done. The two gentlemen that did the job worked steadily and kept the mess to a minimum. It's not easy to have both of your bathrooms torn up for a week at the same time but they were very good about having one of them in usable condition at the end of each day. The completed job was excellent, the walls, ceilings, and woodwork look fantastic! I would not hesitate to use Academy Painting again.

They arrived early every morning and worked all day. When they uncovered some termite damage I was called immediately and had the exterminator come in and inspect and treat the house. If Academy hadn't been aware and consciencious, This damage would have gone unrepaired. They're very professional, very reliable, and VERY talented.

They did an excellent job and they just take care of the whole job with a little direction from me. They were very professional. I was very pleased with them. I have them to other people.

There was a hole in the ceiling from the air duct cleaners that came out. They sent out this company the next business day. They did such a good job you can not even tell there was ever a hole.

I called Connie Nola at the beginning of April and let her know that we had moved down from Pennsylvania and had just purchased a house which had many repair issues discovered by a home inspector. My desire was to take the month of April and get all of the issues done before moving into it at the beginning of May. Although Academy Painting was very busy at the time, she told me she would do the work and worked her magic to get her workers to start work on it within about 8 days. As you can see from the long partial list above (there was so much work that they completed!) she and her team were amazing, professional, showed up on time, worked very hard all day, were courteous of my home and took great care to make sure that they laid down protective coverings and always cleaned up after themselves. The workers even stayed extra hours a few days as it got closer to the date that we would be moving in our furniture. For the amount of work they did, I feel that they were reasonably priced. I am very grateful for the fabulous work that was done on our house....they made it feel more like our home! I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!
