Abba was prompt and efficient. While there was a small mishap, they handled it very professionally. Very easy to work with. I would recommend them.

Came when they said and did it all in one day.

Abba movers did an outstanding job. Nick was professional and courteous, and he and the other two employees worked hard and efficiently throughout the day. They were very careful with all of our furniture (much more careful than our previous movers). And, paid attention when we asked them to take particular care with certain pieces (such as an antique desk and chest of drawers). When budgeting for the move, Abba quoted that it would be approximately $850.00, with the normal disclaimer. Most of the other companies that we spoke to quoted us at around $1200.00. Based on the disparity, we budgeted $1000.00 and hired Abba. At the end of the day, he was within $50 of his quote, and $100 less than what we expected.

Two very personable young men arrived. They moved several very large pieces of furniture. It wasn't complicated at all.

They were very prompt and professional. All of my furniture was loaded with care from my storage unit, we made another stop at my Mom's house to pick up a couple more pieces of furniture and then everything was unloaded at my new house. Nick went above and beyond that day, as I had some issues that I was dealing with at the time. This company has moved other members of my family as well. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use again in the future.

They moved furniture and belongings (including a piano) from one 2 bedroom apt to another. They were prompt, polite, and professional. No furniture was damaged or scratched during the move. And the price was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They were wonderful! Nick called to tell us they were late and stuck in traffic, but once they arrived they went right to work. We had already packed everything up so they had to move the boxes and the furniture and take the bed apart. Nick had all the tools to take the bed apart, the legs off some furniture and he took some doors off to get in and out. They protected all the furniture, walls and doorways so nothing got scratched or nicked. Once we got to Fairhope and they unloaded the truck, they put everything where we asked. Best of all, we got the whole move done in a day!

They unassemble furniture and reassemble as well.

These guys made a great impression from the get-go. They were friendly, hard-working, and very careful with our belongings. In other words, they were very professional. This was our second move within a year's time; I wish I contacted Abba Movers the first time. I cannot recommend them enough!

We had a lot of furniture, shop equipment and antiques to move. They packed and protected it all. Nothing damaged with our move. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Very nice, professional and we would never like to move again, but would highly recommend Nic with Abba movers and use them in the future if we had to move.

Very nice people. Did everything I asked them to do. Worked until late to get the job done. Asked them to come back the next day to help me again and they did. I will use them again whenever I need help in moving. They get an A plus rating from me.

The guys at ABBA treated my family respectfully and with kindness and treated my belongings with a lot of care. My belongings were packed nicely, labeled and neatly organized inside the storage unit. ABBA took a real stressor off of my plate by professionally handling all the aspects of the move. Nick at ABBA is also honest; he subtracted unused monies from my final bill amount, accounting for unused packing supplies and a much speedier packing and loading time than he'd originally anticipated in the quote. Movers showed up on time and moved all required boxes/furniture from our temporary home into their van. We had Wes and Denmark and they were very polite and friendly. We then drove from Baton Rouge to Covington to our new home where we had a large PODS container waiting. They unloaded the van and what was in the PODS container for us. They were really easy to work with - whatever I asked them to move they did, no complaints.

It was good. They were on time. They were very careful with my stuff. They were real pleasant to work with.

I was very satisfied. They worked continuously and worked hard. They went off the clock for lunch. We were very pleased with the service. They were a little late, about 30 minutes, but they did call to let us know.

I was rather nervous about the move, since the move from my prior house into the storage facility, which was done by a different company, was disastrous. However, the moving experience with Abba Movers could not have gone more smoothly or worry-free. The 3 movers were very careful, attentive and courteous and nothing was damaged. In addition, they worked very quickly and efficiently and got the job done in less time and thus at a cheaper price than the other company. Nick is quick to answer telephone calls and is a real pro at organizing and orchestrating the move. They did an excellent job and I could not have been more pleased.

They arrived about a half hour late. But did not mark their time of start. However, they agreed to use my determination of the time of start when we settled the bill. I ordered this service on an Angie's List special. I received the first 6 manhours of work for $119.00. The time over that amounted to just less than an hour. They charged me an additional $30.00 for the extra time. The two men loaded the items to the top of the POD and tied off sections to prohibit shifting. I would use them again as I thought they worked consistently and thoughtfully.

A+++ and that is not an exaggeration. I absolutely would recommend this company. Their follow up on the initial contact was quick, confirmation on date prior to services, movers were on time, extremely courteous, and willing to do whatever I needed. Not sure what more I could ask for.

I want to add my praise for Abba's service to this list. Hiring a moving company can be problematic! We purchased their move special. They sent out two movers, right on time. They got to work immediately. They were nice, quiet and did their work. They brought tools to help assemble/disassemble the desks. Everything we asked them to do, they did a professional manner. As much of a skeptic as I am, they were truly excellent. The deserve the A+.

Nick, the owner, was very responsive to my questions when I was searching for a mover so I didn't hesitate to use his company. His attitude was, yes, we can do that. In addition to household items, they also moved large plants, which was very important. The crew that arrived were punctual, very capable, and worked well together to get the job done. They used moving straps for the heavy items so this made the job go faster. Not a scratch on anything. Highly recommend.

We had to move our 3 bedroom housefull of furniture and goods, out of state, so just needed help with loading a 26ft Uhaul truck that we were driving. Nick and Wes showed up right on time as scheduled. They were wonderful to work with and gave us lots of packing pointers on those last minute big items and help. Both were very professional and fair, and treated our belongings with great care. Nick had contacted me a couple of days earlier to make sure I had certain moving supplies on hand. That made all the difference. Would definitely recommend them to any one moving locally or out of state. They do have their own trucks and supplies, and would have driven out of state for us, we just wanted to drive the distance ourselves.

I had made previous arrangments before I bought the big deal and he is still honoring it for me. He was very professional and prompt on getting back with me.

James and Denmark were movers extraordinaire! They were efficient and careful with our things. No hidden charges. No hassles. Good communication regarding time of arrival. Were able to complete the job in the amount of time expected. We would definitely use them again!

Abba movers are professional, efficient and very cost effective. Nick and his crew took care of us a few years back when we moved away, and I just hired them again for our move back home. They saved me money by packing the truck perfectly (I actually had a second truck rented which I was able to return). Abba moved a full 10x30 storage unit in Baton Rouge to a 4br home in New Orleans in less than a day. I can't say enough great things about this company!!!
