When I called several places, the next day was New Year's eve and no one would work. Mr. Thibodeaux was the only one who was willing to come out. He arrived on time, very courteous and professional. He installed the garbage disposal quickly. The lady who answered a phone was really nice, too.

Technicians were very pleasant, clean, and knowledgeable. Service was provided quickly and on time.

He found out that the main line was full and suggested I call city. He provided necessary info to get my issue resolved.

I had a clogged sewer line that I had tried to clear myself with no success. It took the service tech from A and W plumbing less than an hour to complete the job and I've had no problem since. Great service at a reasonable price.

From the time we called the company and within 2 hours we were scheduled for work two days later. Plumber arrived at projected time and called ahead to verify. He came into the house, surveyed the problems, looked at our cache of parts and brought in his tools. Within 1 hour and 45 minutes he had completed the work using our parts and his. All work was completed as requested. All work was done correctly and all parts functioned when he left. Plumber was a pleasant chap, businesslike but friendly.

We discovered a leak under the bathroom sink and found that we could not turn off the cutoff valves--they would not work. So, i checked on Angie's List for a reputable plumber. Of the three in the Baton Rouge area that had the service star award, Aand W Plumbing had the best reviews, so we called them. We were able to get hold of someone right away and schedule an appointment for 8 AM the next morning. The young man who came out, called, confirmed and showed up on time. It took him about an hour to replace the whole assembly under the sink (cutoff valves and flex hosing). He was very polite and professional--did not leave a big mess. We were glad that we used Angie's List and the plumber that we chose as a result.

I found them on Angie's List. They were great. I grade them A's across the board.

We have a water heater that is original to the house, almost 40 years old. Every few years it develops a problem with the thermocoupler and it will need to be replaced soon. But this time we just wanted the unit up and running quickly so we could shower and do some washing. We started calling plumbers from Angie's List and one from the local paper around 7:00 am, planning to hire the first one that was available. A and W called us back before 9, and their worker was at our house by 10:00. He got to the unit quickly and repaired it right away. He answered all our questions about how to handle a burned-out pilot light, what kind of unit would be best for a replacement, etc. The price was $18 for parts and $100 for labor, which feels a little high for less than an hour of work but I guess that is standard for a house call these days. We were happy with the prompt response and professional service, and will be glad to use this plumber again.

They arrived on-time, did the work and departed. I haven't had a problem since.

He is trustworthy and shows up on time for the job. Their price is a little high but it is not bad. We think that all the plumbers are high in terms of the pricing.

They were very good, they picked up after themselves, they were here when they should be, he made sure I knew exactly what was going on and I felt very good about his work. Everyone else I talked to was going to be at least $1000 more.

The AC representative was here twice and told me that I needed a plumber. I told him by phone what was needed and he was able to repair it. He made a second trip out when necessary for no additional charge. He also stopped the leaking of all of my outside faucets.

The job went fine. He explained the problem and told me what was necessary to fix it. He was here a bit over an hour. He cleaned up his mess and was gone.

Even though they said it was fixed, it was leaking slightly. Last Saturday, I couldn't turn the hot water off in tub. I called them Saturday morning and left a message. No one responded until Tuesday. In the meantime, I had to call another plumber in Zachary to fix the problem. They told me when the film was placed in the faucet the screws weren't put in tightly enough. The seat fell out and the screws were not tighten. They charged me a lot of money. I asked for an invoice, and originally he didn't want to give me one.

Came out same day, Very nice and professional. Fair price. No hidden costs or fees.

Overall, I think Aand W is a professional company and super nice guy. I just got a bad deal on this water heater problem.

I smelled a bad smell under my house and found Aand W on Angie's. Kern came out and crawled under the house to check it out. He was only under the house a few minutes. He told me the drain pipe from my kitchen sink and washing machine had been leaking for a long time and all the food from the sink was on the ground under the house. He told me to stop using the sink and washing machine to let it dry up and made an appointment for a few days later. On Thursday, they were a little late due to a mix up. When Pierre and Kern got there, they were prepared and professional. They repaired everything with 3 hours. I would use them again for sure.

Accurate estimate given of when service would be performed. Technician was professional and courteous. Service performed after asking approval. Entire visit took less than 30 minutes.

Everything went great! Pierre kept in touch prior to the appointment to let me know when he would be on site. He was very professional, had the right tools for the job, worked efficiently, and didn't seem to mind that I hovered around to see exactly what he was doing. He also was glad to answer the few questions I had. Everything seems to be draining fine now.

Very good service, but a week wait for service.
