+ -1 moreHe was fine. He did good work. He was here when he said he would be here. He dealt with the problem carefully, diagnosed it, and fixed it for us.
Description of Work: The power was out in parts of my house, and I couldn’t figure out why. Hicks came in and tightened a wire on a GFI.

+ -1 moreHe came out very fast. He came the very first day that we had called. He said that he liked to do the emergency calls first so he did us fast. He know what he was doing and figured out the problem quickly. He was very reasonably priced. He was very prompt and did great work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and I would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: He came out and figured out why half of the power to our house was not working. Apparently one of the wires outside had burned out and that's what he replaced.
