+ -1 moreLeft 6 messages on voice mail. Husband left 3 messages. Never replied to any messages left. Wrote note and taped to door with contact information. Finally called, said couldn't do the job but would email estimate to do repairs. Never received estimate.

+ 0 moreI wish I would have learned more about her process and got more references before I hired her. I also wish she would have redone the whole tub, not just the sections that were messed up.
Description of Work: I have an old house, so I wanted to replace my yellow tub with a new white tub. Before I started my project I called around to see if refinishing my old tub would look like a new white tub. I wished I just replaced the tub knowing what I do now. I only did it because I was assured it would look new. She was a really nice christain lady, however her workmanship needs lots of help. The first time she refinshed my tub she sprayed the refinishing compound on the drain making it bubble up, in addition there was a pool of compound in the bottom of the tub and drip marks running down the side of the tub. The compound is permanent, so it's not like I could wipe off the pool and drips. The second time she sprayed my tub it looked really wrinkly like she sprayed on top of tape. She has just left my house for the 3rd time because it peeled all around the drain, and peeled on the bottom of the tub. This time she managed to smear stuff on the clean side of the tub where she was leaning over, and he drain still looks bad! I have only used my bath tub for 2 months.

+ -1 moreThe ladies showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. They worked non stop until they refinishing was complete. Before they left I noticed 2 'runs' in the paint and they said they would come back after 1 week to fix the runs (they needed a week to cure) and any other problems I might have. They scheduled a time a week later and again were right on time and fixed the problems no questions asked. I would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThis service went really well. The lady showed up on time and got to work as soon as possible. She was finished in the 2 hours that was agreed upon. She took the time to tape over all metal when applying the second coat. She even tried to reduce the smell by turning the AC off while the fumes were heavy.
Description of Work: They refinished my old cast iron tub that had rust in which could not be removed. They did this by removing the current finish and then adding a new finishing coat. They did this in about 2 hours as was agreed upon selecting the services.
