This company's bid for my particular situation was higher than other bidders and this company did not get the work. However, this company was prompt and professional in their response to our request. I am certain they would not be high bidder in all circumstances and would provide quality service to any potential customer.

+ -1 moreWe were very happy with them, they did a good job, they did it fast, and they cleaned up well. Trees make a lot of mess when they are cut down, and they did a great job, we will use them again. Their price was excellent, I had actually received a quote from somebody else which was higher.
Description of Work: We used Creel's Tree Service to cut down and remove three old trees.

+ -1 moreBen provides good service and is always professional and courteous. He's reasonably priced and flexible with payment terms. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for any sort of tree work. And most recently, I called him late on a Saturday afternoon about our cat who had climbed over 30 feet up in a tree and couldn't get down. Within an hour he had two of his guys here and the cat was down safely. Definitely great customer service!
Description of Work: Ben and his guys cleaned up several live oak and pecan trees that hadn't had any attention in decades. They look great know. He also removed a large limb hanging over our garage and power lines, and they cleared a large area of trash trees growing near a drainage ditch.
