First I want to say that out of all the pros in my area they were the only ones that answered my call when called for a quote. The job took awhile and that’s because it was more involved than anticipated, but I’m very satisfied with the work and promptness of this company.

I enjoyed working with Scott. He was very knowledgeable, responsive, and very accommodating. His quote was higher than the other bids received ; however, I believe it was due to the location (Orleans Parish) of job and the permit cost associated with another contractor. Nevertheless , the cost was easier to swallow because of how efficient and easy it was to work with Scott.

The owner Scott is very polite, he is quick to answer your calls, and is honest in his assessment. The work performed was clean and accurate. I would use him again.

Because of covid 19 precautions I only requested a replacement of my outside circuit breaker panel. Scott was through in explaining the cost and license requirements. He quickly supplied documents for my insurance company. The job took slightly less time than anticipated. I will call again when I feel better about allowing people in the house to check individual outlets.

The price paid may be the current going rate. But I was required to have someone with a license to do work. I am able to do the job if the regulations would allowed me for about 10% of of the cost.

Walked me through everything, even the pricing breakdown (not just a random lump sum). Showed up as scheduled, no real surprises with the scope of the job, and got the work done. Pretty sure I'll just call him whenever I have an electrical issue from now on. He's a good, trustworthy guy.
