Description of Work: The provider righted a sagging fence, reconstructed soffits, boxing, and trim, rebuilt railings, installed a new exterior door, cleaned and caulked all gutters and then power washed and painted all outside trim and gutters that were white and brown. We are having them back to power wash and paint our front porch.

I apologize for the slow response but I have been somewhat overwhelmed by the amount of calls from Angie's list in combination with my normal word of mouth clients, and something I never expected happened...I got too busy. I didn't plan for this, so I don't know how to deal with it except to say that I can't quickly do any estimating at this time because I'm so bogged down, and short handed too. I won't be able to go around giving estimates on jobs I know I can't get to in time. I'm sorry. I have a job to start on the 21 and I'm not even finished the one I'm on now. Description of Work: We completely remodeled our kitchen and did some work on an adjoining half bath. This company installed, mudded, and sanded new drywall on the kitchen ceiling an some new drywall in the half-bath. The kitchen walls were painted paneling and this company applied a taped the paneling seams, applied a thin coat of drywall mud and then sanded the walls. The finished result looks like drywall. The company also installed ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and a section of the half-bath. The work in the half-bath required that some existing tile be removed. This was done and the new tile matched the existing tile seams. They also installed a tumbled stone back splash in the kitchen. There was also some electrical work and this company contacted and scheduled an electrician for the work.

Description of Work: Al was great to work with. I had two bathroom vanities installed, old ones removed and a over-the-range microwave oven installed in my kictchen.

Description of Work: I called the handyman to estimate the job to be done and he said he may swing by this afternoon. He never called and showed up at my house unannounced at 6 pm. I am a single 40 year old woman and did not appreciated that. He came in and seemed to not listen to my concerns about the material used for my ceiling. But the real complaint I have is this. He told me that he charges 500 per day for work and then began to pitch me a special. The special is that you get two days for 1000 dollars. Okay, how is that a special. I work as a scientist and I can do simple math. So, this guy is a con or better yet consider me to stupid. In fact, he overestimated the job time. I had a guy do the same exact ceiling in my living room with more square footage in half a day by himself. He did know if he could complete it with a three man crew. I would not trust this man or let him do any work for me.

They also fixed grout in the kitchen. They also put up some missing trim in my bathroom. They have also fixed duct work in my home. He put some stuff up on my walls, and they disposed of some trash in my back yard.

Description of Work: He came gave me a bib on Wednesday and came on Thursday to start the work . He was very profesional and the work was great.the price was a little high but the work was very good. I would use him again.
