David was our technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had an old unit that had been discontinued because of fire hazard, the sequencer was bad but he was able to fix the problem and suggested we get a new unit as soon as possible. We have not had a problem since. When we do replace the unit we will definitely use this company again! They were willing to work with us financially to make it happen when we are ready.

I called Foulks this morning because I spent all weekend without any AC and it was miserable. They let me know they had a tech in the Hammond area and that he could come by this afternoon to look at my system. They called about 30 mins before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Roche was friendly and professional and quickly isolated my AC's problem and made the necessary repairs. He had to go through some trouble to reach my indoor AC unit, but handled the issue quickly and put everything back just the way he found it when he was done. He double-checked my outside unit to make sure it was in working order and was generally very thorough and friendly. I'll definitely be calling them again.

I have used Foulks Refrigeration and AC SVC for quite a while now. I am pleased with them. They have done very good job for me. I have contract with them, so they will come back before winter.

Cleaned outside and inside units, checked all electrical circuits and cleaned contacts, checked pressures and temperature and inspected all refrigeration lines. This process is completed twice a year for the contract. A report is given to the owner with all defects listed, if any are found. I have used this company since 2002.
