They took forever. Lied a lot. Did a poor job. I cancelled my check for them after my husband found the job was performed poorly and cheaply. They came back out to fix the fence. But overall, I don't know how this business stays in business..........terrible experience.

My contact Monroe, said supplies would be ordered on January 16, 2012, delivered on January 23, 2012 and the fence would be installed by January 27, 2012. After many phone calls to Monroe, the fence installation was finally completed on February 23, 2012. I talked with the two people who installed the fence. This type work is secondary to their roofing business. Also, they reported that all the fence supplies were purchase at Sutherlands Home Improvement Center as opposed to the fence supply company in Port Allen, LA that I was told would be the supplier. The people doing the installation called Monroe to tell him the work was complete. Monroe told the installation people to collect the balance due. I ask to talk to Monroe. I explained to him that the reasons I was hiring the work done were I thought that the quality of the supplies would be higher than I could purchase and the installation would be completed in a much shorter time frame than I could do it. However, I could have purchased the same supplies at Southerlands Home Improvement Center and accomplished the installation in a much shorter time than the SIX WEEKS it took them to do it. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the source of supplies compared to where he said he would purchase them and the excessive time it took for the installation to be completed. He was not willing to make any concessions off the original cost of $1,410.
