Description of Work: I contacted this company, wanting assistance in getting one of their people out to look at my dad's new pool. He purchased a new home, renovated and needed the pool cleaned ready for summer.When I called, Angie answered and had a poor attitude from "hello". We attempted to tell her that this was going to be part of my birthday gift to my father, so he was not to get a phone call and especially NO BILL. I wanted to pay that day. If I couldn't pay the repair person, I would go by their office and pay. I then asked about purchasing a pool cleaning device. These run anywhere from $400 to over $1000, so you would think she would care a litle more about my call. Not so. Due to my work requiring travel out of town, I tried to book this one week ahead of time, so they had one week to get a person to my dads home. She could not guarantee a person could be there. She said all she can do is issue work orders and they might come Monday or it could be Tuesday. I said even with a weeks notice, you can't have someone meet me there to do this work, and give me an estimate on that equipment I wanted to buy for him? She said no. I asked her to please cancel the order. This is very disappointing. I grew up as a child in Alexandria, and Ewing pools always had a great reputation. We moved away after marriage, then moved back after my husband became ill not long ago. I'm not sure if Angie was just having a bad day, but she cost them a customer today.

Description of Work: A new float was installed on the automatic fill and a valve was replaced on the sand filter. They never give a time when they will come, however, which probably serves them well but I'd like to speak with the technician about the problem and other related problems so they will not charge me for another service call. They don't even come to the front door. They just fix the problem you called about and leave.
