He was very professional, knowledgable and fair. He listened to what I wanted and went the extra mile to make it happen. They were able to start the same afternoon and finished the work quickly but still did a WONDERFUL job!

Had a few problems getting him onsite and schedule but once I did, he did a good job. I have no complaints about his work and do recommend him for handyman jobs.

It went very good. He came out for an estimate only a couple of hours after I called him. I had used him for work before. He had previously replaced rotten wood around the exterior of the house. On this occasion, he was able to come out and complete the work the very next day! He doesn't waste any time or try and sell a service you don't need. Eric does a very thorough job. He always calls back and gives quotes as soon as he can. I have never had to wait more than a few hours before hearing back from him. I have found his prices to be very fair. It turns out the damage wasn't as bad as we initially thought, and he adjusted the price accordingly. His measurements were great. He gladly did a couple of other minor details as the job went along. the trim pieces that were cut for the molding were straight and clean. He even added a couple of strips across the middle of the ceiling that helped tie it all in together better. Our post was rotten and needed replacing. He even went out and got a jack he needed to hold it in place, and he didn't charge any more for that. In my laundry room, a previous contractor had done a crappy job on a door frame. Eric came in, cut out the excess drywall, tore out the old molding, and put in all new trim around the door. It looked crisp and clean. He also did all of the caulking. I couldn't be happier with Eric's skill and service. His prices are hard to beat, and I would definitely use him again.

He was very prompt and professional. He was able to tell us the cost over the phone and came first thing in the morning on the day he had scheduled with us. He introduced himself along with his help and got right to work. He was excellent. He had the wall down and the doors installed by lunchtime, very impressing. We noticed a small area of light a day or so after he was done, paid and gone. We called him and told him when we could be home. He came and fixed it with in minutes. Definitely we will use him again and we would recommend him anyone.

On Easter Sunday, a tornado hit the area and a pine tree fell on my mom's house. The Patio cover took most of the damage and prevented extensive damage to the house. The entire patio cover was damaged. I searched and searched for a contractor who would provide their license and insurance and Nichols didn't have a problem producing their information. He came and did an estimate, got the information w/in 2 days. They were able to come in just a little over a week to do the rebuild. They have been very professional and they work really well together (only speaking when necessary). It was almost like a simple dance. My mother wasn't happy with the original pillars they put up so they made the change the very next day w/out any hesitation. The entire cover is now rebuilt and they waited til my mother got home to look at it and make sure she was happy with it. REALLY GREAT GUYS TO WORK WITH. I'll be using them for other projects in the future and brag about them to plenty of other people.
