He also is more than willing to share with you what he's doing and why he's doing it as he progresses through the work. He also provides great tips for preventative maintenance! Description of Work: Check a/c & heater that had been sitting unused for some time. Tested for leaks and added freon to external unit. Have also contracted him to add an a/c unit to another property.
