J & J Exterminating

Our J&J exterminator is the best. Very professional and willing to help with even the smallest of the bugs. We have a contract to pay $95 every three months and every three months he comes to spray inside and outside. When we moved in to our house in August 2015 we had a huge red wasp problem. We tried to treat them ourselves and when my husband was stung on his eye I began to research and find a pest professional. J&J came out the same day I first called to give us an estimate. They sprayed the whole exterior of the house from top to bottom. The wasps didn't stand a chance. We have been loyal customers ever since. I never hesitate to call in between visits if I begin to see too many creepy crawlies and they are always helpful. Their costs are fair and competitive.

I called their office on a Friday about my concerns with having a roach problem. The lady i spoke to said they would be calling me soon that day. It didn't take long for one of the technicians to get in touch me...about 5 min's. About 10 min's later, they showed up. They were very nice and professional. I commend them on their knowledge of pests and what to do about them. I definitely have a roach problem (smokey brown to be exact), a spider and a wasp problem as well. Their initial est., is about $150. That will take care of their return visit, (i didn't have the money at present to pay them, so they will return next month after i get paid...on disability income). They called me back later that weekend and asked when they could call me again to come out and perform the necessary services. It's set for Aug. of next month. They were more than willing to work with me on the price. That's great! I need all the help i can get. Look fwd to seeing them again next month.

I surprisingly found out I had a rodent problem at 3 am on a Wednesday. I called J and J as soon as they opened. A man arrived within 2 hours and gave us great advice about preventing the rodents from getting back into the house, once we get rid of them. We setup a payment plan to have them spray every three months. The next day a technician came to the house sprayed for bugs and setup of traps to catch our unwanted furry friends. Later that night we caught all of them. I was brave enough to dispose of the rodents. Although they insisted if my wife was alone when they were caught, he would come to my house and dispose of them. Great company fast, friendly and efficient.

He was very thorough, he pointed out to me some past termite damage in my house and looked all over the house. He recommended that if I had a termite contract with another company they would be able to come out and fix the issues, so he ended up referring me to another company which I thought was honest.

I have used them for years and have never had any problems with them. They a very efficient and professional, if there's any problem they call me and let me know, and otherwise they do their work and I pay my bill, everything is hassle free!

I have been using them for a couple of years and they have done a good job. They come out whenever you tell them you have a problem and I have nothing but good to say about them. I will use them again in the future.
