 + -1 moreI paid bill so they would not turn me over to a collection agency. The corporate office is not interested in helping nor do they care. I feel for the poor people in local office. They try to help but their hands are tied.
Description of Work: I was with interface security for about 7 years and had many problems with the service. The last incident was a 1 am call telling me my alarm was set off during the day prior. In May, 2014, we moved from the residence and I could not get them to cancel my service. Hold times were through the roof, approximately 30 minutes. I finally drove to the local office to cancel. Then 13 months later, I receive a bill telling me I owe for 4 months. I ended up paying because I had no other option since I had no time to fight this.

 + -1 moreThey're a good company, and I chose them because they had better pricing and a better system. Furthermore, the sales representative was very friendly and professional, and the companiy is very prompt in calling when the alarm sounds. However, they do have billing issues. Specifically, they didn't make clear that we were signing a 5-year contract, and it took approximately one month from our check being cashed to the system being installed.
Description of Work: They installed a new security system and continue to monitor it. The installation included security cameras, DVR, and alarms.
