Description of Work: Customer Service provided by Sharon is top-notch...she is great and is willing to do everything she can do. The problem is that she can promise the moon and try to move the mountains, but because of the situation at her facility - all of the service is out of her hands! It is very expensive, and the sad thing - there is not a whole lot of competition. You are stuck with receiving we will get it when we get it - even though we pay some dumpsters as many times as we dump it! Sharon's great - the business leaders who need to be making sure that everything is done...not so much!

Description of Work: I had service with this company for 2 1/2 years. Until this year I was beyond satisfied, in fact I was literally grateful that I had found such a wonderful company on my first attempt at calling for garbage removal. I have no clue what happened. Staffing changes, lack of morale, whatever but starting at the beginning of this year it was a new problem almost every time I turned around. I live at the beginning of a dead end and if my trash was not by the road on their first pass they would not collect it on the way out, I heard the truck pass on Monday at about 650 am and bought containers to the road but it was not collected, I even heard one man yell "GO! GO! GO!" I'm guessing he was telling the driver to keep going and they did not collect my garbage. It was a staffing change, the guys before would blow the horn for me to come out and bring my containers to the road and all 3 would smile and we're so friendly. Well almost 2 years of outstanding service and one slip was what I figured so I called the supervisor and they came later that day to collect it. Then it continued to get worse, I would always make sure to have my containers by the road on Monday morning and after 3 times they missed it, it became more of a fight with the girls in the office to get my garbage collected and speak to the supervisor. In July once again it was not collected, I called and one girl was yelling at me, interrupting me, and hung up. I was angry enough to cancel but when I spoke to the supervisor he apologized, told me the guy had marked that he did collect my trash, and asked me for another chance. I finally could not take anymore drama two weeks ago, so I tried to call and speak to the supervisor but I was asked a dozen questions by a different girl trying to avoid allowing me to speak to the supervisor and gave up and called the Texas office. I have canceled my account with this company and pray they go back to the way they were before they loose all their customers. They were great and have the potential to be great again but obviously not with the staff they have.
