Everything always went well with the service. They had excellent equipment, completed work quickly, and were timely as well as courteous. The only reason that we stopped using their service was that my stepfather now does the work for us.

It was great! They were very honest, clearly explained the costs of the work, and communicated well. They actually came in under budget while still being able to do everything that we wanted, and we couldn't be happier with the final product.

I've been using their services for approximately 5 months, and everything is going well. They work quickly and efficiently, are good about calling ahead to confirm appointments, and always follow up to make sure I'm happy with their service. They also charge reasonable rates.

They did the job as promised and for a reasonable price, however it wasn't such a great experience primarily because the workers lacked professionalism. Specifically, one of the workers called me from the business to ask if our house would be up for rent soon, and another worker was condescending when talking to my husband about landscaping.

Furthermore, they were very knowledgeable about plants, cleaned up after themselves, and were highly professional and friendly at all times. Ultimately, they worked diligently to ensure that we were happy with the work, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the final product. In fact, we've recommend them to several friends who have been just as satisfied.

Their prices are a bit high, but they're prompt, reliable, and do excellent work. I would highly recommend their services.

I've used Grass Hopper for nearly a year. It has some of the best prices, consistently does good work, and is run quite well. In fact, they are great about calling ahead to let me know how many clients are ahead of me and when I can expect them to reach my house. Furthermore, their work crews complete jobs efficiently and quickly. They will, however, charge extra if they run over the allotted time to complete a job, but this is a seldom occurrence.

On a previous occasion, a member of William's crew broke a window, but he notified me immediately and had already scheduled repairs. Ultimately, Grass Hopper is a great company, and I would highly recommend its services to others.
