Description of Work: Do not buy The Geek Squad extended warranty because they will not stand behind it. If anyone would like any more information please reach out to me.

car stereo installation
+ -1 moreBest Buy car audio failed to have a technician install my radio after I made an appointment and after they confirmed the appointment. The technician(s) was not scheduled to work the day of my appointment. Then WHY would they send me an appointment reminder??!! I drove over an hour for this, and even made two phone calls to confirm i was coming (of course the audio deparment never picked up the phone, and no one called me or emailed me to let me know the appointment was not available). I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. The manager gave me the number to the district manager to complain....she actually expected that would call her boss instead of her making the call.
Description of Work: Absolutely nothing.
