+ -1 moreThis company inspected a home for termites that I was interested in, and eventually bought. The report was no where near accurate. The report stated no visible signs what so ever. Basically stated the property was completely termite free. A few months after moving in i discovered an infestation, that Jand J exterminating said could have been there for 3 to 4 years. There was visible marks on the walls indicating the age of the infestation. Well I was uniformed by the inspection Duncan's Pest control did before I moved in. I find out after I move in that Mr. Duncan himself was the seller's brother in law. I guess Mr. Duncan will lie about an inspection if it benefits him or his family. It seems this company looks after there personal gains other than the customers needs. I wouldn't use them ever if I were you.

+ -1 moreIt is pretty much routine. They come every three months and treat our yard. Occasionally we get a surge of mosquitos or ants in between treatments and they come to the house the day I call and retreat our yard.
Description of Work: Duncan's sprays our yard quarterly for mosquitos and ants. This is very effective in ridding our yard and our house of these pests.
