Appointment made and kept. He advised he would have appraisal completed on Friday and I received the appraisal on Friday morning as promised. The appraisal was complete and easy to read and understand.

Excellent. Whoever gave Mr. Buelow an "F," obviously had an "agenda" or was a lunatic. Some people can NEVER BE PLEASED. For everyone else, Mr. Buelow did an EXCELLENT job! He responded promptly to all my communications (even at night). He quickly and competently completed the appraisal. He even offered to take extra pictures at no extra charge because I told him I was going to list FSBO!!!! That is going ABOVE AND BEYOND to help a customer. HIghest recommendation!

Description of Work: I called to have some land appraised. After our discussion, it was determined the company would look at the property to give me a cost estimate before providing the service. This was confirmed by email. After this, I contacted them 3 times, 2 phone calls and an email. They responded to the first call stating they were still trying to get to it. The second call, I left a message which was never responded to. And I received no response to the email. At this point, I determined the work was not going to be done. They have not tried to contact me since.

I will review my emails and see if I can find any information on your inquiry. I do receive a number of calls and I try to follow up on all my calls. However i may have overlooked your request and for one some reason forgot to follow up with you. This was not intentional and I sincerely apologize if that is the case. I would be more than happy to talk with you and see if i can possibly assist you or refer you to someone who can. please feel free to call or email me and if you no longer require the service of an appraiser.
