 + -1 moreFrom the first call to American Lock and Key, John and Don were the utmost in professionalism. They had the safe in stock and installed the upgraded lock as requested. John came from Alexandria about 50 miles to install a safe in our home. He called when he was on his way, came right to the front door within 10 minutes of the estimated arrival time. Once estimating the appropriate location in the room he positioned it and it was not quite right in the room, moved it and moved it again till it was just right, without complaint. He cleaned the safe once in position and explained the lock in detail with all the options and how to set the combination once he left and move out all the packing material. I am extremely happy with the safe and the service received with the American Lock and Key and will use them for all Lock and Key services in the future.
