+ -1 moreHe told us immediately that it was due to wet-rot of the underflooring and not termites. He was friendly, prompt, professional and did not charge for the house call.
Description of Work: Evaluate if a bedroom floor which was developing soft, spongy spots was possibly caused by termites.

+ -1 moreEvery month I have this company come out to spray around my house for pests. The guy has done a good job and the level of pests that bother me are less than if I was not using their service. I feel that the monthly treatment is affordable and worth it.
