ACS repairs

Nathan diagnosed problem and said he sent to insurance company. However, the insurance company (not reliable) said they have not received anything from ACS. To date, Nathan is not returning calls. No way to proceed with no communication. Situation unresolved.

I had an insurance policy for my appliances. The initial repairman did not take care of my repairs completely. ACS repairs was then assigned to my case. He asked what had happened and what did not work appropriately. He called and asked for details of model and other identifying information. Then told me he wanted to do some research on the described problem and part needed. In a few days, he called me back and stated that the part to repair the oven was not available any more and would be recommending that the insurance company provide me a new oven. I appreciated his honesty and the time he took to research and resolve the oven problem that the other repairman could not do.

Nathan was very helpful and seems to be very customer oriented. He made sure I had all the information I needed to get my new oven.

Very well, he answered all calls and all questions !!!

Everything went well, Mr. Nathan was the guy who came service our appliances he was awesome very helpful and professional..if ever we may need service again we will definitely ask to be referred to your company...Thanks Andrew & Letrice Reder 7/19/18
