the provider answered the phone professionally on a saturday and connected me with the plumber who would be doing the work...he told me he would be at my house in about one hour...he called in an hour to let me know he would be a bit later, here in about fifteen minutes...i appreciated his call...his attitude when arriving was cheerful and respectful and seemed to know right away what he would have to do...he got his ladder and climbed on the roof to get to the main line he needed to snake out...after completing his work and showing me the roots he pulled out, he asked me to flush toilet several times which i did and no sewage came up into the tub... wrote out my bill and i gave him a check...he did all his work in the pouring down rain...

I would not suggest using this company, I have been lied to and disappointed multiple times. Not worth it.
Description of Work: Constant problems every year, sometimes multiple problems within one year. Every time someone comes out to look at it, there is something different wrong.

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company.
Description of Work: I called to have them come out and see about installing a new ac/heating unit, I was told that he would have to call me back to set up a time. He never called back, I called them again. When they finally came out I explained that I had the money to buy the unit in full and needed one installed asap. He looked at my old unit and fussed about not having time "for this" and told me he would call me back with a price. 2 weeks later I finally called them back AGAIN and was given the price quote but was told he didn't want to install it until MAYBE January because of the critters under houses. I already have a existing unit with ducts and didn't want to replace the ducts but he still added the cost of ducts into the price quote anyway. I told him that I had to think about it and would call him back, I figured it was time for him to wait on someone's call. They missed out on a large ticket sale that would have been paid in cash with a service contract but refused to take the time to give me a quote in a normal about of time and refused to install when I needed it but wanted to waits months instead.

ACA responded to an emergency air conditioner problem at my home. I had recently had a split system placed in my home in march 2012 due to my previous air conditioner going out. I had nothing but trouble from day one when it was put in and could never get any satisfaction out of the previous installer. ACA performed 3 emergancy calls to my home and charged me nothing. They did a complete assessment of my new system and discovered numerous installation errors. After getting other inspections and estimates on correcting the installation problems I contacted ACA who came to my home during August and removed and reinstalled the units; both inside and outside and i could not have asked for a company with more integrity and professional workmanship. I have not had any problems since ACA fixed the original installation problems and replaced ductwork and thermostats that were not compatible with my new systems. This is a wonderful company. They even provided me with detailed explanations of everything that was done.

The first technician ACA sent was in a hurry, did not take the time to check what we suggested the problem may be but just confirmed that we had a burned up blower motor. He did not check to make sure that the blower motor he sold us was the proper one. The second technician sent did perform further investigation which resulted in him finding the burned up relay switch. Our problem is with the fact that ACA claims to warranty their work but billed us for a second service call and labor charges we felt were incorrect due to the incompetence of their first technician and our having to purchase a 3rd blower motor.
Description of Work: Our blower motor burned up in our AC unit. We had another new blower motor on hand so we installed it. It immediately burned up. We called ACA because they had installed our unit. We explained to the technician that came out that 2 blower moters had burned up and that there may be a problem in the circuit board. He looked at the unit and said, "Yep, the blower moter burned up". He left a new blower motor which we tried to install. It did not fit and had to be returned. They did not have one in stock. We ordered another blower motor from another source and installed it as soon as it arrived. It burned up in about 5 seconds. We called ACA back and the next technician found that we had a bad relay switch which he replaced. We had to order yet another blower motor which we installed upon it's arrival. Replacing the relay switch fixed the problem. So at this point, we have purchased a total of 3 blower motors. We paid for the service call but did not fill we should have paid for the labor charges for the visits because they failed to warranty their work as advertised. In fact, we felt ACA owed us the cost of a new motor. If in fact the motor they left had actually fit, they would have had a burned up motor. We feel that the first technician failed to do his job properly and we were inconvenienced by having to do without air conditioning until the problem was actually repaired. Mostly, we are upset because ACA claims to warranty their work when in our case, they did not.

We have been happy with the quality of their work, and they are pretty quick. We don't really have likes or dislikes about them. Their price is average, and it is the same as everybody else around here.
