THEY CALLED ME AHEAD OF TIME TO SET THE APPT. THEY CAME ON TIME THEY WERE THEROUGH AND VERY FRIENDLY . THEY EXPLAINED THEIR PROCESS AND CHECKED MY HOUSE OF MICE AND OFFERED ME A COMPLETE YEARLY SERVICE AND PUT THE MONEY I SPENT FOR THE MICE CONTROL TO THE OVERALL PEST CONTROL PLAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENS THEM TO ANYONE.

Tim was very professional and courteous. He arrived on time and, after doing a few measurements and a courtesy termite inspection, gave me an estimate on the spot. On the treatment day, he and his son arrived early (after calling first to make sure it was ok to do so) and were respectful of our home and property. Our previous termite guy made a wreck of the area around the foundation, destroying parts of a flowerbed in the process. Tim took care to treat the area and return it to its previous condition. They treated the inside of our home with the same respect. Definitely recommend Signature for both termite and pest control!

Answered all my questiones and even shared information, I didn't know to ask. They done very good work, in a reasonable time limit. Very nice people; They had clear explanations as to the pest control procedures. They priced the services competitively and made one comfortable that they would stand behind their work. Also note that they provided a file folder with all the information. Very professional.

Signature Termite did respond to my request and signed a contract for continued service. Unfortunately, their service ended there. When bugs returned six months later, they gave me an appointment to return but never showed up. When I called to find out what happened, they never returned my call. I would definitely not recommend this company if you are seeking continued reliable service.
