Moved into a new apartment and had a bad flea problem that another large pest control company (won't say any names) couldn't get rid of. They were provided by the apartment complex. I found Signature Termite & Pest on here and Tim lived up to his score and reviews. If you ever need a termite and/or pest control company, please do not hesitate to contact Signature.

This is a father/son team that I have used several times for different reasons. They answer the phone, or promptly call back when I leave a voice mail. They always get out to my house in a few days. They are on time, and their prices are very competitive. Each issue I have had in my home have been treated by Signature Pest and are now resolved. I have had rats in attic, roaches get in house from the baseboard/walls, and I also purchased a general termite treatment last year. The most I ever paid was $600 and I believe some treatments were $150.00. As for my rat issue, they charged me the one price, then followed up and came out a few times to see where we were in the bait being taken, and to see if anymore had gotten in. They were the second company I paid to help me eliminate the rats, and they were the ones that actually got rid of them. I have also left them in my house alone and they lock up just as promised when done. They answer my questions, educate me on my current pest and its habits (because I ask), and explain the treatments so I know what to expect. I have cats and they tell me the treatments they use are safe for pets. My pets have not shown any issues at all. I would very much recommend them to others.

Tim and his son run a very professional operation. I was so pleased with their prompt and excellent service I referred them to neighbors who were also pleased. He did not try to intimidate me with scary stories about termites destroying my home if I didn't put down expensive plastic traps. (That's what the Orkin man did and he even went so far as to show me a little video of the creepy things which I thought was rather unnecessary since the reason I was getting estimates for treatment is that I'm well aware of the damage they can do! But anyway....) The price was the same as Terminix, who also made a good impression, but I preferred Tim because he was more responsive. Terminix gave a long wait time just to come inspect. Tim was available the same week both for estimating and treating. Could not be more satisfied!!!

My opinion and observation - Signature Pest Control is a type of company that takes pride in their service. They have respect for their clients. They will continue to do great jobs because of their excellent work ethics.

They were very responsive. As soon as I inquired they called back and made an appointment and gladly worked around my schedule. They were both extremely friendly, profesional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone out there looking for pest control. Their prices are fair and they are very trustworthy people.

I rarely had issues, but if I ever had a problem with insects or rodents they came back at no additional charge! I like the fact that I could pay a flat rate and be totally covered for the entire year.

They inspected and found no additonal termites. Fisher Ext. had already come out and treated the live termites. Signature simply explained trenching and treating from scratch. The cost is above $600. Since they found no additonal termites I opted to not contract with Signature .As to Fisher, when I constructed house, property was treated and full covergage, which includes repair to any termite damage, was purchased. When I discoved termites, called Fisher who responded right away and treated. Checked out property and said there was no evidence of additonal termites. They would send someout to get estimate of repairing damage. In meantime, i found additonal termites. They came out and treated again. Third time I found termited and they came out and did major treatment. All this since beginning of November 2011. I have called in excess of 8-9 times to see when the damage would be repaired. Get lip service, however, no action. I'm upset that they assured me they had gotten all the termites only to find out they had not and really upset that the repairs are yet to be done.

Very Professional and informative. I recently moved to the area and absolutely hate insects. More importantly, I have pets and one is older with liver issues that can't be exposed to toxic substances. Signature Pest Control is a family owned buisness and therefore can take the time to explain in detail and answer all questions. I opted for the yearly pest control program for the house and also a 6-month treatment for the yard for fleas. They treated the house and yard and the very next day I saw several large roaches outside- dead, of course. A couple of weeks later, ants appeared and they came right out and took care of the problem, again without any harm to my pets and without any additional cost. I am confident that if any problem occurs within the year, they will respond right away. I will be recommending them!

Father and son team, very friendly and personable pair. Well organized and efficient. Organized their treatment of the house around my schedule, i.e., doing all the inside first so that I could get back to work. Also when I initially called them and left a message they called back within 10 minutes.

We had a mouse problem and they came in and assessed the situation, made several suggestions, gave me multiple choices on how they could handle the problem. I chose to purchase a service contract.

Our tenants mentioned having seen a mouse or two and I contacted them (and other companies) to get a price quote: they were able to make an appointment for the same day, and Since it was a rainy day so they were actually able to come a bit earlier. performed a thorough inspection, completed initial treatment; made recommendations on further prevention and scheduled follow-up appointment for the next week. Overall price includes as many follow-up visits as needed to ensure the problem is taken care off. Excellent, professional service.

I'd say we've had a wonderful experience with them, they are very professional and courteous. It's a family owned business and they are very reliable.

My wife was the one who dealt with them on that visit. We have used them before as well. She said that he was a little bit harder to get hold of that time than in the past. Once we got hold of him, he was very efficient about scheduling and very prompt about getting here. He went through the inspection and explained the small concerns that he had. He fixed small things that he could.

They provide super service. They are very quick and on time. They use non toxic chemicals and they don't spray. It is working. They are trained entomologists. I will use them over other pest control services. It was $80 for the first visit and $40 for the second visit; it changes. It is not something we have to pay for every month. I will consider using them in the future.

We were extremely pleased with Signature's service and products. They were professional, prompt, helpful, and reasonably priced. We received full termite protection and 12 month guaranteed pest control. Their services are more reasonably priced than other estimates we received and offer the same if not better protection. I recommend Signature to any homewoner in New Orleans and surrounding areas.

Estimate was given in 2003, and was in the middle (price-wise) of several estimates for the same job. We put it off until 2004 and Signature honored the year-old estimate. Upon agreement, the job was started and finished promptly. The work crews were timely, and left no evidence of their work, which was a great surprise! Every year since then, Tim and his assistant come for our annual inspection. The cost remains the same as it was quoted in 2003, and Tim even re-treats for free if we have changed or added anything. He even came out twice during our bathroom renovations to do inspections of previously inaccessible areas, and didn't charge a dime! As far as we're concerned, Tim and Signature have our business for life.
