Big B's Contracting and Appliance

I have to say that my experience was very poor. Big B's was assigned to my job through my home warranty company. When the technician came out, he assessed the problem, but because he wasn't prepared with a ladder to get to the roof, said he'd have to return at a later date. I paid him the $100 service fee per my home warranty contract on the understanding that he'd been vetted by the warranty company and would follow through with completing the job. But he did not come back and did not return my calls to schedule the next appointment. My claim was eventually reassigned to a different contractor, who completed the job quickly and proficiently, but I can't say I would ever work with Big B's again, and hope that my warranty company would discontinue doing so, as well.
