BERTRAND'S PLUMBING & HEATING

I had to leave a message on the answering machine and received a call back within 1/2 hour. He listened to my problem and said he could be here by noon. Just before noon he arrived with a helper. He looked under the house, asked where the leak was coming from and went around to the front of the house, where he found the problem immediately. I showed him where the main shut off was and he shut off the water. He opened the area that holds the hot water tank and discovered that a pipe under the hot water tank had gotten smashed and had been spraying water. The two men carefully moved the tank off the smashed pipe, repaired it, put the tank back in place and turned the water back on. They did an excellent job from start to finish. The cost of the repair was quite reasonable. He and his associate were both very professional, knowledgeable and competent. This company is the only one I'll call whenever there is a need for a plumber!

He had to replace and re work the motor and the pump of my Jacuzzi tub. He is very good but the only place I would mark him any low is his punctuality as he is a little bit slow. He is dependable and honest.
