+ -1 moreOur estimate included the following. Installation of vapor barrier in the crawlspace and removal of loose debris in that area. We did provide the barrier. Also removal of moldy drywall ceilings in the 2 closets and the stairwell leading to the basement. They also fogged the basement and barn with an anti-microbial agent (Benefect). And recommended a dehumidifier for the basement. They removed several bags of debris, and the moldy drywall, cleaned everything up, and thanked us for the business. It was an excellent job with great guys, we are more than satisfied and would highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: Josh Oram came out to give an estimate on old mold/fungus issues in a home we just bought in Mt. Sterling. Being new to the area its difficult to know who to trust to do a good job. Josh went above and beyond in helping us and keeping within our budget. He is a huge asset to the company he represents, in his performance, professionalism, and in his ability to explain his process and answer all questions. A very courteous and warm person. He brought 2 assistants, Cameron and Cody, who were also outstanding young men. Very courteous, hard working, and pleasant to have do the work. They are also top notch employees. Its a rare thing to come across such a great team.

+ -1 moreServPro responded to my phone calls immediately, came out on consecutive days, answered my many questions, and submitted paperwork to my insurance company. They continued communicating with my and the insurance company until the matter was resolved. The unexpected bursting of my hot water heater was unpleasant, but they helped take care of drying out my house competently, and answered the phone, returned messages, and answered my questions promptly and courteously.
Description of Work: Removed wet carpet and pad and wet woodwork. Tested dampness levels in wood and concrete, dried out floors and walls, treated concrete subfloor with anti mold chemicals. Provided replacement wood moldings for baseboard and door frames.
