Kyle did a very thorough inspection. This was an older home (1940 s) with additions and many changes over time, so it was more challenging than most homes. He went through everything attic to crawl spaces. He gave us very detailed observations, potential problems And possible solutions. Overall, a very good job.

The report is very easy to read! You known exactly what needs to be done!

I talked with several home inspectors who told me that their job was to look not touch - in other words, if I couldn't see it myself, they wouldn't either. Kyle did the job we needed done, looking into and behind everything he could in the house, finding a couple significant problems we had missed like termite damage and the reason for a floor sagging. Despite taking only 2-1/2 hrs to do, the inspection was thorough and complete. Kyle took the time to make sure we understood his findings and what they meant to the purchase of the house. Kyle was very genuine in explaining everything in layman's terms about the house inspection. It really helped that he was so knowledgeable due to his own work with contracting, allowing us to really know which problems were the most pressing at the time.
