+ -1 moreMost work done over 9 months, some good, some “forgotten " many troubles & problems. Front porch roof wrong angle & slope water pooling same as it was. Didn't replace some obvious rotted wood all around, & so on. Best part was left roll of dark roofing material flat on driveway my husband had his hands full tripped over it hit the pavement with his shoulder & head. Very painful shoulder injury, physical therapy & ongoing problems. Md, pt, x-rays, co pays out of pocket & over paid for porch "repair" before work completed.

When the insurance company was not in agreement Trent spoke up he stood his ground on what was right which is all i was asking for i believe in fairness and what i learn through all of this is my insurance company don't play fair but Trent made it happened and i got fair through him because he stood fought for me. everyone that came in contact with at Jwi was very pleasant to talk with as well to work with at my house I AM A VERY SATISFIED CLIENT .. I RATE JWI INC A+ COMPANY AND GREAT TO WORK WITH I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: Had water damage in kitchen & hallway and they had to redo floors cabinets and walls did a beautiful job i worked with Mr.Trent and he was awesome a very pleasant man to work with he truly works for the customer i appreciate all his efforts as well as his workers they all were easy to work with i was very blessed to get such a company that really puts the client concerns first . HANDS UP FOR A JOB WELL DONE I WOULD RECOMMEND JWI GO ANYONE NEEDING REMODELING TRUST ME THEY WORK FOR YOU AND WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE . EXTRAORDINARY COMPANY MUCH 💘 FOR JWI THANK YOU FOR MY NEW KITCHEN

+ -1 moreThey were wonderful to work with. They worked with my ideas and they gave ideas. I like being listened to and they respected what I said. We did a combination of their ideas and mine and it came out great. The workers were very courteous and the superintendent Jay oversaw the project and made sure it was done well. If we ever had any concerns we could call him and he would be right there explaining everything.
Description of Work: They remodeled our kitchen and living and dining room.

+ -1 moreThe owner (Jeff) did not even have the spine to call he made his worker take the verbal hit for him. Poor business practice.
Description of Work: I waited over 3 months for JWI to come and give me an estimate on a "Honeydo" List. Lou kept calling telling me that I was on the list but they were very backed up and would get to me as soon as possible. Shannon came and obtained needed information and would get back with me the following week with an estimate. Well… after 2 1/2 Shannon called back telling me I should be getting an estimate by e mail. Three weeks after that he called and apologized for the delay. I told him I was not interested in their services and would report my experience . I will never call them. Horrible experience with no excuses

+ -1 moreI end up using their service because I really like the guy that they've gotten working with. He will start remodeling next week. He seems to work with you and seems to would be able to hit within your budget as much as possible and seem knowledgeable.
