The landscaper came. I didn't think it was worth the money I spent. It was supposed to be landscaping plans. Basically, he put some fixture and put some bushes on it. I wasn't happy. It was $99 for a supposed $300 value. We'll just leave the overall a C because he was very good, punctual and several other things. I just didn't think that the actual service was worth it. He did so little. He was here for about 15 minutes.

It went fine. He contacted us before hand to review the work to be done. He arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work specified. He did a good job. No complaints.

Jordan came to my house a few days after my purchase to evaluate the work to be done and schedule a date for the work. Although he did not give me a time they would arrive, Jordan did let me know when the were delayed. This was my first big job at my home and my first Angie's list deal purchased. It was not the perfect transaction I dreamed of, but the work was excellent - which is the most important thing. I will be better at communicating on future projects, asking questions and the like. I appreciate the great work jordan and his men did; my yard has not looked this good in years.

The crew showed up and got started ahead of schedule. They were quick, efficient and clean. They didn't hesitate to stop and talk to me when I had questions. They were friendly and very professional. I had questions about possible future work. Within the hour Jordan Cockrell came to my house to discuss, in detail, what my options would be. He wasn't afraid to give me ballpark estimates on the spot and even offered suggestions on how to reduce cost. I asked about a particular (rare) tree that I had seen in the neighborhood. He went and looked at it, then did some research to find out exactly what it was and emailed me with the details and a quote. This was before the day was over. The only reason I didn't grade price as "A" is because it was a coupon deal and was still kind of steep compared to others. That being said, the quality of service exceeded my expectations, so I feel like it was a good value. I couldn't be more impressed and will not hesitate to use his services in the future.

Jordan contacted me ahead of time to see what I had in mind. I wanted some bushes cleared out and an area near my fence cleared. The crew came on time and did exactly what I needed. They were professional, hard working and did a good job. They were good about cleaning up the driveway when the work was completed. I will definitely use Jordan Cockrell's services again. Probably this summer!

Jordan Cockrell's Mulch and Landscaping did a good job. Jordan communicated promptly with me regarding all my questions before the job commenced. He came out to look over and bid the additional work at the time scheduled. His crew was curteous, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. The only hiccup was that they brought the wrong color mulch initially, but we caught that mistake before they started spreading it. While the crew started clearing the overgrowth in the side yard, Jordan returned the incorrect color mulch for the correct color. Once the crew finished clearing the overgrown side yard, they had the correct mulch and were able complete the whole job in the originally scheduled afternoon.

I was contact immediately by the owner who came out and professionally evaluated my needs. We agreed on the area to be treated and a date to do the work, which was a week or so later. Due to the rains we had to postpone a few times since the sod farm would not cut sod due to weather so he couldn't get the sod. Jordan kept me constantly up to date about weather delays and prosposed new times via text message (he strongly prefers text messaging to phone calls due to the nature of his work. He responded promptly to my inquiries and kept my up to date). He and his crew came in last week and did a great job laying the sod. My wife and I are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Jordan Cockrell and his company.

The team did a thorough job, covering a lot of work in the time allotted. The front bushes looked very nice after trimming, and the mulch was carefully applied. One caution for Nicholasville: there is an extra charge for carrying away the leaves since Nicholasville does not have curb side pickup.

It went really well. They were very professional and listened to what I wanted. They were punctual, arrived on time and had the dark brown mulch that I asked for. The job was completed in 30 minutes and they cleaned up, they did a great job. They used a wheelbarrow to get mulch to the backyard so they didn't tear up my yard. Nice guys, I would use them again.

I am extremely happy with the work done, and would definitely hire them again. Today, I talked with my neighbor about getting them to do some work for her! No complaints.

It's gone great! They come when they say, weather permitting, and take initiative to reschedule if the weather interferes. They do the work we agreed on, and are open to other minor requests while they're here. When they see other work that needs to be done, Jordan suggests it to me in an after-hours email, and if I approve it they follow through with that too. So by now, they have done extensive pruning, weeding, and mulching; repaired and reconditioned my raised beds; power-washed the sides of my raised beds, and my patio and sidewalk; installed natural stone borders on all of my gardens. When I asked him for the stone borders he sent me a few example photos, and gave me a quote. I didn't want to spend that much money, so he told me where the greatest expense lay and asked how much I wanted to spend. I love the result, and he stayed within that budget! My home exterior has gone from looking like the neglected step-sister on the block to being a house I can take pride in.

Very professional in terms of outreach, contact, service and follow-up. The mulch was delivered and installed as promised, and I didn't see a single shred that was left in the lawn afterwards even though there nine beds of varying sizes.
