Description of Work: it was a small job and so got lost for a while in the shuffle. But when I contacted Jordon he delivered the mulch the next day and did an excellant job. I have since contacted him for another job.

Description of Work: Cleared an area next to the house then planted plants and shrubs then added a protective barrier and added mulch.Looks amazing.We have used Jordon for several landscaping projects over the last two years.He does what he says he will do,always shows up on time,always returns phone calls,in short is a very reliable guy.

I'm sorry that you felt this way. We were informed to paint the room and was not informed to do any patch work. I specifically asked if he needed anything else done and was just informed to paint. We removed all the shelves and fixtures and rehung once we were finished. I'm sorry you felt the way you did, and wish you would have informed me at the time that this is what you wanted done. I know each customer is different and some want what you ask and only that and others want more. This was my fault for not specifically asking about doing patch work. I apologize for that. Description of Work: Quick response from Jordan (owner) to book job ,came out to look at job that needed to be done.Sent two guys that had no clue except for doing whatever I needed, to be done. No supervision,no follow up by Jordan to check whether I was satisfied or not.Young men did a barbaric job,ruining my lavender bush.Slow work,left early because they wanted to be home on time(2hr.deal). Sent Jordan an email to inform him that I was dissatisfyed about a few weeks later because was ill,then out of town.Jordan now charges,according to new offers $25.- on gas surcharge.Guys drove an old unsafe vehicle to take brush and clippings. My lavender bush is held together by a vinyl string that they used.Will forward you a copy of email to Jordan.Think he is one of these seasonal guys,taking advantage of peoples needs.

This is the email between me and customer. I tried to please this customer but was unable to. I even offered to fix problems but she never allowed for that. As for my vehicle, it is a 1999 dodge that the DOT allows me to drive on the road so I am unsure of what she was talking about. Once again I am sorry I could not please you and I hope you are able to find someone to please you. Thanks again for the review and work. I am sorry that you feel this way. As for a receipt, what you had purchased was through Angie's list, and not directly through me. So the receipt should have come from them. To fix this, I can send you one if you desire. As for legal, yes we are a legal company and are insured. As for butchering the lilac tree, my workers informed me of all the wild trees that were growing up in the lilac tree and said that you informed them to take all the wild out. That being said, he informed me that there was not much left and that it did look bad, but was only doing what he was instructed to do by you. My crew is professional and they all have experience. What you purchased was four man hours of labor, and what we provided was four man hours. I did not charge for disposal, fuel or drive time which is not included in the big deal that you purchased. I did this to benefit you and to hopefully build a reputation with a customer that I could hopefully work with in the future. I am truly sorry that you felt the way you did and hope that there is something I can do to make it up to you. Please inform me of what we can do to correct your unhappiness!
