I have had pressure washers in the past and no one has cleaned it the way it was cleaned this time! Very pleased!! Highly recommend using their pressure washer services.

Was contacted same day by text. Through a series of text communications, it was determined that Cockrell's would not be appropriate for the work. The quickness of the contact and the exchange of information showed the professionalism and forthrightness of Mr. Cockrell. Might consider him in the future for something more appropriate to my needs.

Jordan was incredibly responsive and available during the process, and his team was very prompt, arriving early every morning, often working in oppressive heat and sun. We only had a rough idea of what we wanted and we added a few things (built-in benches, extra set of steps) after the work had started. Jordan and his main deck guy, David, were incredibly easy to work with and open to changes/additions. Jordan is also well-connected, and knows folks for other projects (concrete, stonework, ponds, etc). I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to others!

Work was professional, the area was cleaned up, and the work was done as promised, only altered by the weather.

This gentleman was extremely knowledgeable he told me I had emerald ash bore's that ate the tree and I pulled the bark back and he was exactly right. I could see the evidence. Was very punctual extremely professional and on time you won't go wrong with this guy. I plan on having him come back in the fall to re-plant a new tree.

Fence Installation issues and still having problems 2 years later. I hired this company to install a 6ft wooden privacy fence in May of 2015. The fence was completed, and by July 2015 we had issues with both gates falling over. At that same time, I also noticed that the third support beam was not included and the boards had started to bow. Upon initial contact with the owner, he told me the job was subcontracted out and that I should contact the subcontractor. I informed him that my contract was with him. He initially stated that I would be responsible for material costs for repair. After discussions, he repaired the fence at no cost. In November we had 2 sides of the fence that were literally falling down into neighbors yards. Once again, I was told I should contact the sub, which I have no legal relationship. After much discussion, I once again told him that I paid for a fence to stand, and he did replace the 4x4s that had not been initially installed correctly. On multiple occasions through texts he stated that the guy who installed the fence did a poor job. The contouring on the fence is not level and I have mentioned this each time but it has never been corrected. Now I contacted him in April 2017, with two years of consistent issues with the fence. We had to personally repair the gate due to it falling down even after the repair. When he was contacted this week, he told me that I should contact a fencing company who knows what they are doing. I have been patient and it is frustrating when the contractor states that we should hire someone who knows what they are doing. I feel like if I pay someone for a service that they should notify me if they don't know what they are doing up front. We currently have 2 more posts that are coming out of the ground. He stated in order for him to fix it that it would be $50/hr and he was not available until July. It is frustrating when you pay for something that should be a long term investment and it is falling apart within 2 months initially and 2 years later there are still issues and the company won't stand behind their product/services.

Jordan responded to the purchase quickly and we established a date. I was at work and was not available, and the work was performed just as scheduled and promised. It looks great and they cleaned up after themselves perfectly. I could not even tell the mulch had been put down that day, not a stray piece anywhere except where it was supposed to be. Great job! I'd hire them again and recommend them to anyone. Jordan even sent me a couple of pics while at work to let me know they were done.

certainly don't consider the work 'a professional' job. The results look like the main objective was to finish the job ASAP. eg, wall holes filled were not sanded before painting. I've painted 30-40 rooms in my 70+ yrs. i'd say the second coat was applied before the initial coat was properly dry resulting in poor overall coverage.

Great. He was here on time, went right to work and showed me the pictures he took off my clean gutters. We scheduled another day to do some minor gutter repair.

He was here when he said he would be, was professional and did a good job. He cleaned up after himself.
