Description of Work: This was a "Big Deal" that took a little while to schedule. Once it was scheduled the crew arrived on schedule and did a good job. There was an extra $50 charge to rent a ladder since this was a two story house. I was told of this before the work was schedule, but I had already paid for the deal. In my opinion, that possible extra charge should have been included in the original offer, it might have changed my decision to go with the deal

Description of Work: Pressure washed my house. The house is still dirty and their equipment broke a large chunk out of my sidewalk.

Description of Work: Trimmed two trees back to help prevent any future storm damage caused by excessively heavy limbs.

Description of Work: I wish they could have estimated what I needed better. Or that they called when they knew I'd only get job halfway done. I was short on much I requested and had to finish myself. What they provided was excellent.

Description of Work: Removed limbs from the top of several trees in my yard and my neighbor's yard that were hanging over into my yard and creating a safety hazard. Thinned limbs out of trees. Neat, cleaned up. Did what they said they would do.

Description of Work: The removed shrubs, replanted others and lay weed mat and professions grade border & also put down mulch (I purchased). Planted plants (they provided) in my back yard and removed weeds and other non=wanted growth. |Performed on different days. |Was always there when he said they would be. Very pleasant to work with and the people working for him, were also friendly and performed well.

Description of Work: Overall the work was well-done, except for a couple of items missed that required return visits. The reason for the higher grade was they made it right without argument or discussion. It is rare to have someone correct a misunderstanding so easily and to show up when promised on the return trip with no issues.

Description of Work: Dug and added dirt for a new, small garden and pruned two very large bushes. It went well- they were extremely responsive, punctual and all the work was well done.

Description of Work: I contacted someone at Angie's List for a Deal for Pressure Washing for our house. Got the deal for $194.00. Was happy with the price. Was told to call Jordan Cockrell and set up a date for the pressure washing. He sent an email back to me saying that because he lived in Lexington and I lived in Lawrence burg he would charge and extra $125.00 dollars for gas to travel to Lawrence burg which is 25 miles away from him. I emailed Mr. Cockrell back on 7/29/2015 and told him that I had talked to Angie's List and did not want the deal and they would refund me my money.
