This person has the wrong company. I have never worked for this lady and she never purchased a deal from me. Sorry for her unfortunate experience and if I had her contact information I would be more then happy to go do the work for her. Like I said wrong company because we didn't clean any gutters for this lady.

Description of Work: I originally paid to have some rooms painted and wallpaper removed, but decided against it. Anyway, Jordan was willing to deliver 2 scoops of mulch to my house and have his crew spread it.They did a great job and cleaned up after their work. No problems so I would hire them again.

Description of Work: It never said anywhere in the ad that I would have to pay extra if a ladder needed to be rented to reach the second floor. The ad also indicated that gutters would be cleaned, which they were not--even around at the back of the house where they were reachable on parts of the house. Finally, the sq. footage that the ad indicated could be cleaned did not match what was actually done as only one portion of the house was pressure washed. What was done was OK.

Thank you for the review! The add did mention cleaning gutters with pressure washer. It did not mention cleaning them out. That is a different service. As far as the ladder rental I asked her before hand if she was ok with that and she said she was.

Description of Work: I felt the job was not finished. They blamed Angies List for a miscommunication. I paid to have a fall clean up, and when I returned home, I had massive piles of leaves all around. I was told the price did not include bagging and haul away, and that it was Angies List fault. In the end, I had to do it. Disappointed. |

I'm sorry that the customer felt this way. What the customer had purchased was a big deal that offered lawn and leaf cleanup. It stated that disposal was not included, and that it was for a designated time. When we had contacted the customer about scheduling a day to do the work she was fine with that date. Once we got there to work we completed the allotted time and called her to ask if she wanted us to spend more time to finish. I left phone messages and stated that we could come back and despose of the materials if she wanted for an extra charge. I also said that we could finish the job and gave her a price for that. She finally got back with me at a later date and started asking why we didn't finish. I told her we completed what she purchased and could do more but I wasn't going to do it for no charge. At that point she decided for us not to come back. Once again I'm sorry she felt this way. Please understand that we did our end of the bargain and offered to do more, but she declined because she didn't want to pay.
