Delivered dyed mulch as requested. Pulled weeds from mulch bed ( not part of the contract). Very cordial and friendly.

Jordon himself visited my home before the job to provide advice and to determine a price estimate which was very reasonable and most competitive. He followed up immediately that evening with answers and info that I had further questions on once speaking with him for the estimate and he further sent a personal email (not simply calendar generated) the day before the job date as a reminder of the time and date as another heads up of the job plans. Jordan and his crew were very professional and their works quality and finish were top notch. It was a relatively small job and order, but, Jordon treated it as if it was his own home that he was landscaping and payed attention well to even the smallest of details. For a very affordable and relatively inexpensive amount, my home and its street front curb appeal were really well dressed up and that's nice to come home to any day. I already have plans for Jordon to help me out in dressing up my mothers home and look forward to more projects with him and his crew at my own residence down the road. Angie's List top reviews were well deserved and Angies List made this a very simple and worry free project. I'm not one to typically put much effort into reviews, and normally this would have been a project that I would have preferred to do myself, so i was a little hesitant at contracting the job out, but my scheduled didn't allow for such so I'm extremely satisfied that the job went so well. The project was seamless, easy and a good start for a new home. Thanks to Jordon and his crew for an awesome job. Go Cats!

They were awesome. Jordan has a crew and when they come to work, they work. They do an absolutely super job. They clean up before they leave. They had to come next day and they came in the morning and started working. These guys are all personable, polite, courteous and they all really work. If Jordan does a deal, he always works for the price quoted.

We just moved in to the house in August and hadn't touched anything in the yard. They trimmed a few bushes, removed dead growth, raked some leaves, and removed some yard waste. Overall, they did a good job on everything they touched, but they didn't get to the flower beds in the back under the deck. They said they ran out of time. I wasn't there to oversee, so I couldn't argue it. I would use them again, but would make sure to be there this time to oversee the work.

The deal was for 8 hours of painting (2 painters x 4 hours). I had prepped the walls and moved furniture so all they had to do was start painting. They got two bedrooms primed and painted in the planned time. Worked out great.

He scheduled the time to fit my schedule and started and completed the work exactly as planned.

A crew of 4 men arrived promptly and worked steadily for an hour and 20 minutes. I was very pleased with what they accomplished, transforming the yard from a disorderly mess to very neat and tidy. They carried off the debris they collected at no extra charge.

Price I was for 4 hours via an Angie's l27s list promotion. I am contracting for more extensive work. 3 men worked very hard during the contracted time. Good job.

They worked from early morning though much of the afternoon. They did an excellent job.

Jordan Cockrell emailed me within an hour of my purchase. I then spoke with my Husband not realizing he had already hired someone to do our landscape work. No problem with Cockrell's just miscommunication on my end.

Great!!! On time. Was always here when he said he would be. Moved all furniture around and prepped walls. Cleaned up each day! Moved furniture back in place. Jordan listens to your instructions and if you need a change or redo, he will do it. Comes from a family of perfectionists, so he does the job right, if not to your satisfaction, he will do over.

We were very happy with the whole process. Jordan did a great job from start to finish and the landscaping looks lovely. One plant was doing poorly and was promptly replaced by Jordan. We would recommend this business to anyone needing landscape work.

Jordan was professional, friendly and explained exactly what the job would entail. His workers were also very nice. We were pleased with the outcome and felt Jordan was very professional. He responded to questions very promptly. We would use his services again. The landscaping was very pretty and we received lots of compliments.

Dirt along fence line - Excellent as requested Edging was terrible. We were definitely not satisfied with the work, owner was willing to some extent to help but then quoted very high hourly rate to finish work. Ended up not finishing and did provide some small compensation in a smaller final payment. Completely unsatisfied with the edging - crooked, uneven, not professional appearance. Now after just a few months edging is coming out of ground, looks very sloppy. Will definitely remove it next spring. Mulch - Okay job but not spectacular, did have to get them to come back out and mulch areas they missed. Owner was responsive and took care of this promptly.

He was very easy to contact and replied promptly to any phone calls or emails. He came out when he said he would to take a look at the space and then gave me an estimate. He actually provided a couple of estimates giving us different options, which was very helpful. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had. In the end, we decided to go with another company. Their price was slightly less, but we liked their design ideas.

We arranged with the provider to come during the day while we were at work. He communicated with us via email and was prompt in arriving that morning as planned. According to our neighbors (who were VERY impressed), workers were in our yard most of the day completing the tasks assigned. They pulled all of the weeds (and there were a lot) in our flower beds, including a flower bed that encompasses half of our back yard. They trimmed all of the bushes in our front and back yard and made them look really good. Then they brought in and spread black mulch (which is what we had before) in all of the flower beds, including the large one in the back yard. They even arranged our garden gnomes and animals throughout the beds! When I drove home and approached the house I was amazed at all the work that had been done out front - and when I saw the back of the house it was even better. They even mulched around some ornamental grasses beside the house, when we didn't ask them to do that at all. They left nothing behind that didn't belong - no trash, no weeds, no brush. This entire job was wonderful from the moment I first contacted the provider. He responded quickly and professionally and came out to do an estimate while we were at work. He emailed several options in the estimate, and as soon as I chose which option I wanted the provider was able to schedule us for the very next week. I cannot say enough good things about this provider!!!! Well worth every cent we spent.

They planted new trees, bushes, and flowers. They dug up the grass and made new flower beds and laid down weed barrier and put mulch on top. He also installed a granite rock in front my house. I couldn't ask for a better crew, they are like my family. I would recommend them to anyone. They are very honest and trustworthy people and you can't find that these days. It is just beautiful.

I called Jordan and left a message. He immediately returned my call. Jordan came to our home the next day and then emailed me a quote for the work to be done. Once we agreed to the price and work, Jordan and his crew came out the next week and did the job.

He was very responsive to our requests and completed the work as scheduled. He brought good quality mulch & spread it to proper depth.

It went very well. They showed up and gave me an estimate to the total due and the possible completion date. They made good on both commitments and did and excellent job.

They did a decent job, they missed a few spots, but overall it was fine. He called me several times to set up the appointment. They charged me additional, because I had them do extra work. I thought the price was good. I wouldn't use him again because I quote from him for mulching, and it was too high.

I bought the two-hour deal on Groupon and Jordan scheduled service right away. He removed leaves and yard debris. They were prompt, professional and did a good job.

The existing grass was removed and new sod was installed. I was not home when the work was done; however they did a beautiful job. The sod looked very healthy, and I have been watering it per Mr. Cockrell's instructions. It has made quite a difference!

We are trying to decide on which area of our yard to spend the money on. So we have not hired Jordan Cockrell at this time.

Responded to my voice mail promptly. Came by and gave estimate, and worked his schedule to accommodate my needs.
