+ -1 moreWhile looking for a replacement toilet tank I was referred to Humble Plumbing by a local hardware store. It was Saturday and time was short (they were getting ready to close) so we hurried a few blocks over to Humble to see if they could help us. They were loading up to leave for the day (and head out to install a water heater for a customer after they closed the shop) but where happy to help us even though it was time to lock up. They quickly guided me to the correct replacement toilet tank for my cracked Mansfield 160 toilet, had it in stock and had me all setup in a matter of only a couple minutes. This is exactly why I love full service plumbing supply stores. I had parked several blocks away and needed to go get the car, so my wife stayed there while I went to get the car and I excpected the owner to be gone by the time I got back, however he was still there. He waited there with my wife until I returned and even offered his advice and recommendations on another plumbing issue before helping load the toilet tank in my car. I will definitely use Humble Plumbing for my supply needs, as well as any future service needs.
