Everything went well. They were very cheerful and resourceful and tidied and cleaned up after themselves.

We used them before. They are very skilled and dependable. We would use them in our own home if they would travel this far.

They were very professional and they provided a detailed estimate. They did excellent work. The price was reasonable for the amount of work they did.

When I first left a message with Handiworks regarding providing an estimate for work at my home, they returned my call later the same day. They showed up on the day and time we scheduled, and provided an estimate within a few days. They were always easy to get in touch with either by phone or email. I made a few changes in what I wanted done at my house, and they quickly amended the estimate for any changes I asked for. They installed flooring in my living/dining room, bathroom and master bedroom. The Dunn's are detailed in their work and take great care to do the job right and clean up afterwards. They even remembered my dog's name ! She loved them ! Any work I have done in the future will be done by Handiworks. To top it all off, THEY noticed one item on their estimate was not needed, and DEDUCTED it from the cost. I would not have even realized the item would need to be deducted, and I deal with home repairs and contractor estimates regularly for my job. I can't say enough about how great the experience was.

Mike and Nancy Dunn are absolutely terrific! The work very well together...they are a great team! They stopped by on Monday, assessed the situation, gave us an estimate, then scheduled to return on Tuesday to perform the necessary work which was completed on Wednesday. As I said in my last report, if we have any other work to be done before we sell our Lexington home, we will definitely call them again!

Excellent. We communicated well. Contract was very specific.They were neat and did work in a reasonable time. The bathroom turned out beautifully. I plan on using them again to redo the kitchen.

Mike and Nancy Dunn are absolutely terrific! They visited first to assess all of the work that needed to be done and then provided us with a detailed estimate of the cost. We then scheduled the work for the week after the Derby; they arrived promptly on Monday and worked diligently over the next three days to complete all of our requested work...plus some other items that came up in the meantime. The work very well together...they are a great team! If we have any other work to be done before we sell our Lexington home, we will definitely call them again!

The response to our request for an estimate was very quick. The provided estimate in the 2 manners we requested within a 48 hour period and started the work within 48 hours after that. The owners of the company do the work together as a husband and wife team which we really like as they are not farming the work to other people who may or may not be ultimately responsible. The were very considerate and protected our house they even took off their shoes to not track dirt through our house. The project took only one day longer than they estimated and the cost was less than they estimated. The Dunn's were very honest and hard working would recommend them to do work again and will use them again.

They are reliable and they have a wide range of things that they can do. I have used them several times and I would highly recommend them. They are willing to do small jobs.

They way exceeded my expectations both in quality of job and price. I will have them do some additional work in Oct. I would highly recommend them for any job!!!
