We purchased a home knowing remediation for water intrusion and leveling would need to be done. We shopped around Lexington and surrounding - and were pleased with the apparent expertise during the quote and free initial inspection. This has been a long process, as house leveling can be, but CSI was with us every step of the way. They took it slow and ensured home was leveled over time and not just once hitch and go. They also completed waterproofing of the crawlspace. We are very pleased with the outcome and home has remained stable. Thank you, CSI!

I had my basement waterproofed by CSI. They since have been back 3 times still having issues with the drainage have call a least a dozen times in the last few months. They have scheduled service calls and NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES DOZENS OF TIMES. NO RETURN CALL. AVOID CSI !!! ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL NEVER FROM THEM AGAIN.

These guys are total professionals. We were very concerned about severe bowing and cracked foundation concealed behind an interior facade wall. They braced the house up for safety, took out the old wall, braced the foundation, installed drain pipe and sump pump, installed waterproofing material in less than a week. It was a big job, and they faced delays beyond their control due to supply chain issues (COVID/Russia) and we're thankful that they stayed with it, and saw it through with persistence and grit. When they found the foundation had worsened since the estimate, they did not waste time in recommending additions to the original estimate in order to ensure the work would last and the house would be safe. In addition, it was a very messy job and they managed to leave everything better than they'd found it, by the end. Their competitive pricing, responsive timeline, warrantee, detailed estimate, and attention to detail stood out above all the others we interviewed. We would definitely hire these guys again.

The poles were installed in one day. The floor was not raised at all. When we asked the company to return to raise the floor using the poles that were just installed, they sent two guys who did not know what they were doing. My husband spent two hours trying to get these guys to help him do the job that their company was hired to do in the first place. I think the guys did the best they could, but again, had no idea what they were doing. To make a long story short, my husband sent them home and worked on raising it himself. We have since discovered from a family member who is a contractor, that the poles that were installed were not even done correctly at all. We now have to pay to have whole thing redone. At this point, we don't even trust this company to fix their error because they did such a bad job the first time. Unfortunately, this was a waste of $12,000. To give the company the benefit of the doubt, I hope that this was a matter of lack of oversight of or training of the potentially new employees who were sent to work on our cabin that day. Maybe they have other teams who do better work. I would absolutely not use this company again.

I was in the process of selling my house when it was discovered that the basement wall had some issues. I had several inspectors and experts evaluate the problem. The general consensus was it would not be a problem since it had been like that for at least 30 some years. The young couple wanting to purchase the house decided they wanted it done. I called several different places from the tristate area for estimates. They were all courteous and knowledgeable. The one thing that stood out with CSI, is that they were willing to work with me on my short time line. And not only that, their price was ½ of the other two bids. Neither of the other companies would even discuss the recommendation of ALL the experts and inspectors I had. They would only do the most expensive repair and on their own time line. No allowances for the pending sale. This was a deal breaker. Needless to say I chose CSI. It was the best move I could have made. Not only did they do a great job and cleaned up after themselves, but they actually worked well into the evening to finish in time for the sellers to check out the work the next day. Did I mention they were from Morehead, Ky and had to come to Ashland, KY for this job. So, not only was I able to sell the house, but I save a chunk of money. You can’t go wrong with CSI.

Complete Structural Installations completed a job for our family in a very timely manner. Even though our location was two hours away, they arrived on time, as they said. They installed 8 hydraulic piers to stabilize the foundation of our home. They were not only prompt and worked quickly, they were professionals and I didn't worry about strange men working around my house for several days in a row. I would definitely recommend them. Several years later, we still have not had one single issue with their work. We just had a complimentary visit per our request, just to make sure everything still measured okay. It was perfect. :) Worth the money for the quality work!

Everything was done well and still working. Steel piers were installed and are still holding firmly. Water abatement is working after CSI placed concrete sidewalk and garage entrance repairs. Workers were professional, informative and cleaned up after themselves. Estimate was spot on communication was exceptional. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them.

The sales personal, office personnel, and crew were all polite, professional, and willing to answer all questions and offer suggestions or help. We are extremely happy with the job performance.

Horrible. There is dust everywhere due to no use of plastic or shutting the door in work area. Electric needs to be read attached and finish work completed due to ineffective repair.

The installation work was done quickly and very professionally. The work team was very polite and explained what they were doing. They added water blockage material to the side of the concrete pad, installed a grated drain to channel the rain away from the house, linked in two of my house gutters to the drain , and installed a pop up drain outlet several feet away in the lawn to channel the water away from the house. I would recommend this company to anyone.

CSI's installation crew did a very professional job of installation of a sump pump, water piping, and the drainage line. The water had to be moved up several feet up and out to the church lawn though a buried pipe. They also installed a pop-up drainage emitter in the lawn so that our mowers would not interfere with the drainage. We were very pleased with their work and expect to use them on future projects.

They were very personable and knowlegable and gave me the best price of he four I obtained. However, I decided not to use as they were not a member of the BBB and didn't have a good rating by the BBB.

Put the piers under the foundation. Did a terrible job. Instead of covering the holes in our driveway with tar, they put in concrete. Having to contact them to come back.

First - the guy who showed up for the estimate was the same man as before (and as he repeatedly reminded me). He came smelling like a whiskey still. I mean I could smell him at 10 feet away. Second - he was VERY condescending towards me. I would ask a question or make a comment, he would point out how wrong I was. I should have thrown him off my property when I smelled the alcohol, but in my disbelief of situation, my curiosity took over and I just had to see what else he would say or do. The BBB revoked the company's accreditation last year for failure to honor an arbitrators decision as well as not responding to multiple complaints. After my experience, I doesn't surprise me a bit that they lost their accreditation.
